This rental, 'Unit B', is the upstairs of our duplex and is conveniently located on the serene North end of Amelia Island and is just steps from 4N Beach Access. Experience convenience near Main Beach's array of activities and Fort Clinch State Park's historical trails. A quick drive leads to the charm of Historic Downtown Fernandina. Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 nights.

This recently renovated, pet-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom upstairs duplex offers a cozy island haven. Unwind in the living room with a sleeper sofa, extra seating, and a smart TV after a day of island adventures. The well-stocked kitchen boasts butcher block countertops and provides your choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. You'll find three neatly furnished bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Additionally, there's a sleeper sofa in the living room for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a sound machine and room-darkening curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. You'll also find a desk, convenient for any remote work. A 5-minute stroll takes you to the beach, and back at the home, an outdoor shower awaits to rinse off the sand.
