Parking: This home allows up to 2 cars. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage or driveway. No boats, RV's or trailers.
Stock: All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each bed spot. The cleaning fee also stocks the home with basic/initial consumable items such as Tissue Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Trash Bags, Dish Soap. Addional supplies are the responsibilty of the tenant.
Occupancy: This home sleeps 1-8 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 people. Additional bedding not provided. Bed Configuration: Master: King - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 1: Queen - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: Queen - Sleeps 2; Single/Single Bunk - Sleeps 2 There are also 2 fold-out single bed mats for you to use.
PETS: Tessoro is a NON pet friendly home. Pet violations may result in a minimum $350 fine. Owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

This property is located in a non-resort community. As such city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement. Due to this and property owner occupancies, our 'Calendar' may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.
