Welcome to our newly renovated beachfront getaway. Relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises from your oceanfront balcony or from the comfort of your king size bed through the floor to ceiling glass doors! After a day of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private bayside balcony. Prime location, with large pool, sundeck and tennis/pickleball courts.
Fun in the sun, sand and panoramic ocean and bay views are calling you to this two-bedroom, one-bath condo with central air. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the beautiful sunrise from your private 11th floor balcony.
Living space: The living and dining area boasts gorgeous ocean views through a set of glass sliders. Relax in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 55" Smart TV. New renovations include, vinyl flooring throughout, a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters a dining area that seats six and much more. The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need for meal prep. Our place also offers a full-size washer and dryer. Directly across the hall from the entry way, you will find a second private balcony with full bay views.
Bedrooms: One bedroom has the option to open the divider wall entirely to the main living space, so you can take advantage of the ocean views and stunning sunrises from your king size bed. (you also have a view of the TV from here!) The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full size bunk bed, plus a TV with a fire stick. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for guests.
Beach Access: Fountainhead Towers has direct beach access from the pool deck. Simply take the elevator down to the second floor, and with a short walk across the pool deck you will have your toes in the sand. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off using the outdoor wash area, and store your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. on the bayside balcony.
Amenities: Shared Beachfront outdoor heated pool with sundeck, courtyard, tennis and pickleball courts, new elevators, on-site parking ($50 per vehicle, per week), and on-site management and security.
Location/Transportation: You'll love this convenient location where you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores, all within walking distance or you can easily catch the Beach Bus to take you down to the boardwalk (or anywhere else in between). Northside Park is nearby which offers walking paths, a playground and many seasonal activities and events.
They host the 4th of July fireworks and you have the perfect view from your bayside balcony!
Parking: Parking is located directly in front of Fountainhead Towers, no need to worry about parking garages or meters. There is a $50 fee, per vehicle, which covers a one week stay. This is collected at check-in and you will receive a parking pass for the week. There is no fee for parking in the off-season.
Essentials: Please bring your own sheets, towels, washcloths, bathmat, beach towels, paper products, shampoo, soap, dish soap, and any other toiletries, etc.
We do not provide beach chairs, umbrellas or any other beach items.

All Guests must register at front desk upon arrival ($50 parking fee per vehicle per week) (Memorial Day - Labor Day) No parking fee in off-season. Our unit has a limit of 6 guests, per building management.
Seasonal amenities include Beachfront pool (opens Memorial Day weekend and closes the middle of September). (This can change based on weather, please message me if you are booking close to these dates)
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the reservation. **We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

Ocean City Ordinance The Mayor and City Council has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Mental Health and Hygiene of the State of Maryland (COMAR 10.20.01) and that any guest causing or permitting these noise levels to be exceeded shall be subject to immediate removal or eviction.
It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City also has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
RECOMMENDATION:
Please note we follow VRBO's strict cancellation policy and strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.
Our properties check in days are Friday or Saturday with a min. of 7night stays in season.
