Pros: The house is in a great location, close to beaches, in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms were spacious and worked well for our group. The backyard area was lovely, and we enjoyed the hot tub.Cons:Check-In Issues: We were confirmed for early check-in at 2:00 PM multiple times but arrived to find the house not ready, with cleaners still working well past the regular 4:00 PM check-in. The entry code provided didn’t work, and we had to call the host multiple times. A 100 refund was offered as compensation, but it barely covered the inconvenience for our group of 10.Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: Even after check-in, the house was not properly cleaned—floors weren’t mopped, bedrooms weren’t vacuumed, and basic amenities were lacking. The shower curtain rod was rusted, and towels became stained from it. Other maintenance issues included a broken firepit chair, a non-functional outdoor fridge, and missing or inadequate cookware and silverware.Amenities Not as Advertised: When asked before arrival, the host assured us there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler. Upon arrival, only two chairs, six towels, and no umbrellas or cooler were provided.Lack of Accountability: Despite numerous issues, the hosts continuously gave canned responses and empty apologies instead of proactive solutions. We were promised a follow-up call to discuss the issues but were ignored, with the excuse that they "got busy."
