Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a charming, contemporary 1 bedroom in the heart of Ferndale MI. Just a couple blocks away from amazing restaurants, BBQ, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. Located only 20 min away from downtown Detroit, 10 min away from downtown Royal Oak and Birmingham. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect for all your necessities.

The unit is a cozy 650 Square foot unit with a one bedroom and one bathroom that is full of all the amenities one can hope for in a short stay or in a long term stay.

The entire apartment is for the guest and is suited to be as comfortable as possible for the guest. Stocked with kitchenware, extra towels, TV, and WIFI for the guest to use.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and have access to the basement for the laundry facility. Guest will also have access to all outside parking, and outside picnic area and yard.

I will be checking in with guests to ensure everything is going okay.

This is a great place to come enjoy downtown Ferndale. Great accomadations and host.Highly recommended.

I believe the owners did a good job on renovating this property but you could tell it was old and outdated. Had an odor to the room that i couldn’t get rid of. The owner was very nice and communicated well.

My son and I were in town for a show. It was an easy drive from downtown and easy to get in and relax as well. Great price.. Will be back

False advertisement

Wow! This placed looked nothing how it was advertised. Stains on pillows, I had to buy my own rags and towels, and blankets. Stains on the couch as well. Not to mention the sockets had no cover on them. The property manager hardly responded to my concerns but still did anything about it. Please don’t ever stay and waste your money

Ok stay but just know.....

The apartment itself is fine, small but will work for a night no problem. But some things to be aware of: *The noise never stops. Close to a major road, the apartment above never stops moving and the heater floor boards creak/pop/bang relentlessly. The ceiling fans in dining and bedroom are loud and the fan in the bathroom is so loud you can't even keep it on. *Missing pieces in the living room shades leads to openings where people on the outside can easily see in, uncomfortable concept. *Bright lights all around. Good for security, not good for trying to sleep. *Communication with host didn't start until about 3 hours prior to check in. Once started, communication was acceptable, but nerve wracking start to the trip.

Nice Apartment, Central, Poor Communication

Apartment was very clean and well kept. Area is pretty central, about 20/25 mins from dt which was nice. In terms of the complex, if ur a girl staying by urself, it may not feel the most safe at night. Amenities wise, there was no soap for the shower, I had to buy some. The check in time on the listing was 3pm, but the host told me 4pm, so I was waiting in limbo for an hour. Communication overall was not good, upon arrival I realized there was no directions about parking. I was later told visitor was fine, but sometimes spots weren’t available. I also inquired about a later checkout and he ignored my questions instead of just saying yes/no which was frustrating. Overall my stay was good, but the lack of communication caused a lot of frustration.
