IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY III 4008:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, & Clubhouse with restrooms by pool, High Speed Fiber Internet,

*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite, designated parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely, and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.

The Rookery III Unit 4008:
Unit 4008 is Pet Friendly, features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths, and is capable of sleeping 8! This cute cottage is ready for you to come enjoy the peaceful setting of Ft. Morgan & the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. The complex offers 2 Pools, Kiddie Pool, and is only minutes from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of America!

This charming Three Bedroom/ Two Bathroom Cottage offers plenty of room for every member of your group. The large kitchen features stainless appliances, which include a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. It is also fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and serving pieces needed for preparing meals during your stay. A full size washer and dryer is located in a laundry closet just off the kitchen for convenience.
The spacious dining area features a table with seating for 6, and is perfect for enjoying meals together or good conversation. Relax and enjoy your down time in the comfortable living area which features plenty of comfortable seating to make you feel right at home, and large television.

. The Primary Bedroom features Queen bedding, television, and a private bathroom, with a single vanity and tub/shower combo, and fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Bedroom 2 features Queen Bedding, spacious closet and chest, while Bedroom 3 features two sets of Twin bunks, offering a perfect space for the kids. Both guest bedrooms share the spacious guest bathroom which offers a standing shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
