Where all the fun will happen. The basement is stocked with a game room, theatre, 4.5' deep indoor pool, large bathroom, and a comfy bedroom. This brand new cabin is walking distance to a neighborhood lake that guests can easily walk to on a flat road leading to and from the house.

- NO smoking
- 3 Vehicle max
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 10 (including children)
- Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)


- QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM


| THE RED TAPE |
- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and towels.
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
