Two-story townhouse in the heart of the Coligny area - 2 bed/2.5 bath, sleeps 8. The lower floor opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea station (stocked), dining area, half bath, and living room with a queen-size pullout couch, smart TV, plus games and books for your use during your staying. Glass siders walk out to a patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill (gas included), that overlooks the shared courtyard and community pool (not heated). Laundry is just off the kitchen.

Moving upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard. The second has a king bed and twin-size bunk beds. Both are equipped with smart TVs. There are two full size bathrooms (showers, no tubs). Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows in the hall closet.

The condo is a very short walk to Coligny beach, dozens of restaurants (we have lots of recommendations!), Celebration Park with a large playground, live music venues, grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, and more.

Just a 5-10 bike ride or drive to some of the best golf courses in the southeast, as well as Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Shelter Cove.
