Die Villa Ventana ist eine luxuriöse Villa mit sieben Hauptschlafzimmern auf drei Ebenen, einem Medienraum und einer 11.000 Quadratmeter großen modernen mexikanischen Villa, die 2007 nach zweijähriger Bauzeit und sorgfältiger Fertigstellung fertiggestellt wurde - mit umfassenden Renovierungsarbeiten, die 2019 abgeschlossen wurden.

Die Villa Ventana kann zu einem günstigeren Preis auch als Villa mit 4, 5 oder 6 Schlafzimmern gemietet werden. Bitte scrollen Sie zum Ende dieser Beschreibung für die Preise.

Die Villa Ventana befindet sich auf einem Hügel oberhalb des romantischen Viertels von Puerto Vallarta (Los Muertos Beach) in Las Amapas (südlich der Altstadt) und bietet einen weiten und 100% freien Blick auf Puerto Vallarta sowie die gesamte Bucht von Banderas und den Pazifischen Ozean darüber hinaus.

Die Villa Ventana ist das zweite Haus in Puerto Vallarta, das den ehemaligen Eigentümern eines luxuriösen und preisgekrönten Fünf-Sterne-Boutique-Resorts auf den Fidschi-Inseln gehört und von diesen verwaltet wird. Daher verfügen sie über ein solides Verständnis für die Bereitstellung eines Qualitätsprodukts. Aus bequemen Betten mit hoher Fadenzahl, Baumwollbettwäsche, geschmackvoller lokaler und internationaler Kunst, einem ausgebildeten Therapeuten (der in unserem Fidschi-Spa ausgebildet wurde) und einer unübertroffenen Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir glauben, dass die Villa Ventana die erste Luxusvilla in Puerto Vallarta für anspruchsvolle Reisende ist.

Der Eintritt in die Villa Ventana erfolgt von der Calle Gardenias. Wenn Sie durch die überdimensionale Eingangstür aus Schmiedeeisenmetall treten, gehen Sie an einem Innengarten mit einem zweistöckigen Wasserfall vorbei und gelangen auf einen Treppenabsatz mit Blick auf das Wohnzimmer, den großen beheizten Infinity-Pool und die weite Aussicht.

In der obersten Etage der Villa Ventana befindet sich das erste Hauptschlafzimmer mit umlaufendem Balkon und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne sowie Innen- und Außendusche. Gehen Sie die dramatische Treppe hinunter in das Wohnzimmer mit einer dreistöckigen Gewölbedecke, einer Gourmet-Küche aus Edelstahl und einem formellen Esszimmer. Zweifach gefaltete, überdimensionale Holztüren öffnen das gesamte Wohn- und Esszimmer auf eine große Terrasse, die den gesamten zweiten Stock umgibt. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool (nur in den Wintermonaten), ein Whirlpool, komfortable italienische Terrassenmöbel und ein zweiter überdachter Wohnbereich im Freien. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch ein zweites Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Medienraum / eine Bibliothek mit einem Großbildfernseher, der an einen internationalen Satelliten angeschlossen ist, sowie ein Ledersofa, das bei Bedarf in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann. Beachten Sie, dass alle Schlafzimmer über Flachbildfernseher verfügen, die mit Netflix verbunden sind.

In der unteren Etage der Villa Ventana befindet sich ein drittes Wohnzimmer und ein großes Foyer mit fünf zusätzlichen Hauptschlafzimmern, jeweils mit eigenem Bad und einem Balkon mit weitem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Alle Schlafzimmer in der Villa sind voll klimatisiert (Fernbedienung) und das gesamte Wasser in der Villa wird durch ein hochmodernes Wasserreinigungs- und Filtersystem geleitet.

Während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Villa Ventana werden Sie von unserer Hausverwalterin und persönlichen Spa-Therapeutin Lette verwöhnt, zusätzlich zu unserer stellvertretenden Hausverwalterin, 2 Vollzeitmädchen und einem Vollzeitkoch und Sous Chef. Unser Küchenchef bereitet täglich zwei Mahlzeiten für Sie zu (außer sonntags, es sei denn, dies ist Ihr Ankunfts- oder Abreisetag - ansonsten kann der Sonntags-Service gegen eine zusätzliche geringe Gebühr arrangiert werden). Für die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten bezahlen Sie nur die Lebensmittel.

Puerto Vallarta Paradise

Our stay at Villa Ventana was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 11, and the villa offers stunning views of the ocean and all of Puerto Vallarta. The property is well appointed with spacious common areas to gather as a group while also offering quiet corners and nooks to sit privately to relax, read or just take in the spectacular vista. The house staff was so attentive and accommodating and indulged all of our culinary and other requests. We all agreed this was one of our best vacations ever and we look forward to a future stay!

Amazing bachelorette trip!

My group of girls and myself stayed here for my bachelorette party. We had the absolute best time. From the moment we entered the villa we were treated like royalty by the staff. The meals that were cooked for us were top notch and more than what we could have asked for. Lette was so helpful setting up our rides from the airport and coordinating all meals. The property itself is gorgeous and offers views from every single area of the home. Don’t think twice about booking this villa. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The property and staff are excellent. All our expectations were met, however we found it more than a 10 minute walk to the beach and Old Town, however this did not detract from our stay. Lette, Raphael and Eugenio were professionals, yet made us feel like they were part of our family! One of the staff experienced a life cycle event during our stay and we all celebrated the event! The meals were excellent and the housekeeping also, led by Cosafina. Ron was easy to work with and had good suggestions. Would recommend and return to this property in a heartbeat! Steve

A Little Piece of Paradise

This was our second stay at this gorgeous property with amazing views from the hill overlooking Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. The recent renovations, changing an apartment into new suites, are beautiful. Our party of 9 was treated like returning royalty by Letti, Raphael, and the rest of the staff, who provide outstanding food and drink services. The villa is enormous, with beautiful shared spaces and plenty of private areas. The pool and spa tub where kept at the perfect temperature, and we spent a lot of time in them. We love Villa Ventana and highly recommend it!

This is a rare find in PV - the house and location of house was perfect.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Villa Ventana. The house is modern, updated and luxurious. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house is perched on a hill in Amapas and offers the best views of PV. The staff was one of the best parts of my stay. Letty and staff were professional, friendly and warm. The food was always good! I also loved that the owner and staff was super responsive via email and text. If you are type A, this is THE villa for you.

Amazing home, Amazing view

I couldn't have picked a better place for our large group of 14. The house very comfortable slept everyone, was in immaculate condition and THE VIEW was just amazing. Amazing Experience!

Don't hesitate - book ASAP!

We booked Villa Ventana for a 40th birthday celebration and had an amazing stay. The house comfortably sleeps 12 adults and everything you read about the house is true. It is first class quality, has amazing views, a great pool, good location, etc. The design of the house provides privacy and space for 12 people, yet also provides great common areas for socializing. The food was outstanding and Aurora the chef is their secret weapon! Aurora worked around a food allergy flawlessly and made our great stay perfect. The owner Ron is very helpful and is available by email and phone to help with any concerns. I highly recommend Villa Ventana and plan to visit again.

Viva Villa Ventana!!

It's a rare thing for something to live up to your expectations... and even rarer for it to exceed them. Villa Ventana, and more importantly, Ron, Fabian, Lette, and the rest of the staff, make for an incredible, memorable PV vacation. I planned a surprise, getaway vacation for my boyfriend a group of our friends with additional surprises along the way - and Lette and co delivered every step of the way (without ever feeling like they were in the way, might I add). In addition, a member of our group accidentally damaged some property within the home during our stay. Afterwards, Ron and Lette went out of their way to minimize expenses for us, which we are so grateful for. And finally, I must echo what reviewer Jeff said about the property... the photos do not do it justice. I will never forget walking in the door the first time. The place and the views are simply stunning. Do yourself a favor - stay at Villa Ventana - and give Lette a big hug from me!! Can't wait to go back.

PV Perfection!

Really, there is little other to say about Villa Ventana than it is a PERFECT place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The house is impeccably designed and decorated, the views are breathtaking, the staff is wonderful (and the food they prepared was amazing), and the owner Ron is very friendly and helpful. We never want to stay at a hotel again! Everyone we show our pictures to wants to make PV AND Villa Ventana their next getaway destination!

The Perfect PV Villa

This was our 4th stay at Villa Ventana. This home has the most spectacular open views of all of the bay and city. You have a beautiful view from any room or out door space. As always the food and service is spectacular. The cook is very accommodating and so nice on top of that. The staff disappears and is never in the way but available at a moments notice if you need anything. You will be left wanting nothing at the house. I will tell you the photos do not do the house justice. There is no way to experience without seeing it in person.

Enjoy Paradise

This beautiful property has been our bi annual getaway to paradise since we first discovered it a few years ago. As all other reviewers have identified, the house is spectacular, immaculately kept and supported by the most lovely and considerate staff. Lette and Aurora feel like our extended family now and cannot do enough for their guests. It is indeed a five++ star experience, comfortable and homey dispite the ability to accommodate lots of guests if needed, and has spoiled us from ever considering any other accommodation in Mexico. The location is ideal for those who love or are looking to discover PV including easy access to a wide variety of great local restaurants, a very nice beach, the Malacon, and the wonderful PV citizens. Or as we like to do - decompress by the large infinity pool and be mesmerized by the 180+ degree view of the Bay of Bandaras while whale and bird watching from this prime location. Our only reason to look forward to fall and winter this year is a trip back to Villa Ventena and will continue to do so as long as Ron, the property manager extrodinare, can accommodate us :).

Amazing place. Fantastic staff

What an amazing place. My group of friends and I celebrated a birthday at Villa Ventana. The staff took wonderful care of us and creates the most memorable week for us all. We cannot wait to return!!!
