The Wheeler District is a unique, new-urbanism community just minutes from downtown OKC. Everything is within walking distance - Clarity Coffee, The Big Friendly brewery, Taco Nation, and local boutique shops. Ride the nearby Wheeler Ferris wheel and take in the beautiful OKC views or sunset.

This property is stylish, yet comfortable providing all the amenities of home and then some. Come see us!

This two-story home is equipped with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a primary en suite, a full bathroom, washer & dryer, and a bunk room.

This property has a private, paved courtyard and detached 2 car garage. In front of the home is a small green space open for the micro neighborhood to enjoy.

The 2 car garage is available for use through a keypad. Wheeler is a walkable community and there is free parking on the street.

The Wheeler District is a new-urbanism, walkable neighborhood emphasizing community. It's only a 5 minute drive (or bike) to downtown OKC. The famous Wheeler ferris wheel and OKC letters are also within walking distance, and there is 12 miles of paved river trails to be enjoyed!

The Wheeler District is home to the Big Friendly brewery, Taco Nation, Thrown (a gift and wine shop), Capital Co-Op (bicycles), Clarity Coffee and other local boutiques. Neighbors are often out walking along the pedestrian & bike- friendly sidewalks.

Parking is behind the home in the 2 car garage or parking is free on the streets throughout the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. It's a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The river trails link to downtown and other areas of OKC if you have or rent a bicycle. The drive to downtown is only a few minutes and our location is right off I-40 for a quick drive to the airport, or getting back to a road trip.

The community has a public playground and basketball/pickle ball court to enjoy. *The swimming pool is not accessible for guests, but is open for permanent residents only.

*There is active construction going on in the Wheeler District, and you will likely see or hear this at some point. Nothing active is right next to our property.

*The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and processing fees may apply if you choose to cancel.

*There will be a $250 security deposit credit card hold that you will see on your card before check-in time. It will not be charged unless the terms of the rental agreement are reported to have not been followed at checkout. This credit hold will expire after your reservation is complete.

*Violation of the smoking/vaping or pet policy will result in a $500 charge for each offense, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of refund.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

- All house guests must be included on the reservation total (number of guests) when booked, including kids. Thank you for being honest about your guest total. If you will need to have additional guests over after your original booking, you will need to get permission from the host by messaging on Airbnb. We will adjust your reservation.

- Please take dirty shoes off while inside to help keep our home clean for your stay and avoid damage to our floors, rugs and carpets.

-No decorations allowed that need to be hung up with tape or tacks. Any damage found from this will require reimbursement.

- Please do not flush any wipes or feminine products down toilets or pour kitchen grease/oils down the kitchen sink.

- Please do not move furniture in the home. Please don’t take our porch furniture off of the patio.

- We are not responsible for injury or personal loss in any way and by agreeing to house rules, guests release hosts from any and all liability from loss or injury.

- We are not responsible for any belonging left in the home. Please double check the space before leaving. We are typically unable to ship items back to guests.
