This home is situated in a rural, residential area. While there are neighbors close by, the home is very private and you likely won't see other people during your stay. While rural, there's plenty to do in the area, including shopping, hiking, and skiing! All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive is a must in the winter!

Welcome to our new home in Conway, NH. Located directly outside of White Mountain National Forest, our large, private home is perfect for larger groups, such as families getting together for a reunion or long-time friends looking for a weekend away together. This home was recently constructed and combines the open-concept design of modern living with the rustic charm of rural New Hampshire. The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining large groups, while the wood work throughout the home provides a cozy, cabin-like ambiance.

Our home has 3 private bedrooms, two of which are suites. The two suites each have a bed, while the last bedroom has a queen bed, a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom, and then another twin in a trundle under the bunk bed. We also have a queen pull-out sofa in the loft area and another queen pull-out sofa in the living room. All told, we can sleep 14 guests comfortably in beds. Along with the two en suite bathrooms, we have another full bath room off of the loft and a half bathroom on the first floor.

Nature lovers will be right at home here! Our home is surrounded by woods and we are located right outside of the White Mountain National Forest. We're within a 20 minute drive of wonderful hiking trails including Diane's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake Trail, Cranmore Mountain, and more. We also have several world-class ski resorts near us including Cranmore Resort, Attitash Resort, Wildcat Mountain, and more. In the summer, we're surrounded by lakes and beaches, including Conway Town Beach, Crystal Lake Beach, and Silver Lake State Park, just to name a few. We're also within 20 minutes of several areas to put into the Saco River. There's always plenty to do, no matter the season!

For those more interested in a relaxing vacation, you can enjoy the the 7-person hot tub on the property, shopping at the North Conway Outlets, or partaking in the variety of breweries and eateries located in the surrounding areas. No matter what kind of vacation you prefer to enjoy, you'll certainly be able to find it all from the comforts of our lovely home!

Public transit is not reliably available in Conway. We recommend bringing your own vehicles and in winter, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is highly recommended.

The hot tub is available year round! We ask that guests be sure to shower prior to using this wonderful amenity, as this ensures the water stays clean and clear. If the hot tub is left in a dirty and messy state, there will be an additional cleaning fee.

Under no circumstances do we allow smoking of any kind in the house or around the property.

NB: Reservations consisting of greater than 8 persons will be asked to sign a separate rental agreement which simply enforces the house rules, as specified in this rental listing.
