This tastefully remodeled top floor beach house is an ideal tropical retreat for those who want to enjoy the beach lifestyle. This unit features two bedroom and twi bathroom and has been designed with a modern tropical style. The beach is just steps away from the unit, and it has enough space to park two cars in front, making it convenient for you and your guests.

The unit has a lovely large deck with a grill, perfect for a cookout with friends and family. The kitchen is spacious and has many appliances for cooking, including a dishwasher. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit, and two futon couches provide extra sleeping areas. You can bask in the warm South Padre Island Texas sunshine while enjoying a delicious meal. The courtyard is also a tranquil space where you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Beautiful place so close to the beach

This rental was everything we wanted and more. Just a two-minute walk to the beach. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces. Mark (co-host) was super helpful with check-in, check-out, and food / fun recommendations. 100% would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Great place for a large family

The location of the house was perfect literally 1 minute from the entrance of the beach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Honestly you really only need to bring your clothes and personal items they have all the kitchen supplies you can think of. The gas grill on the first floor works well. They are one block away from the beach store and about .5 mile from the grocery store. I will definitely rent this house again next year and hopefully many more years.

What a great place!

My boyfriend and I had our first combined family vacation this summer. Our kids/grand kids ranged from the ages of thirty on down to the age of one. The house was perfect for us all. Everything we needed was there just as they said. No need in taking any kitchen supplies. It was all provided. They even had extra beach toys, chairs and such. We too left a few extra things to pay it forward. The house was clean, bright and cheerful. The walk to the beach was about half a block away. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We can't wait to go back...Thank you.

Outstanding property in a great location

We stayed at this wonderful house recently and can honestly say that it was an excellent experience. The house is very well kept: clean with all the necessary accompaniments expected of a vacation home. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and the neighborhood is very nice. We cooked and dined on the upper deck and made good use of the gas grill that is located on the ground floor. My daughters loved it so much that we plan to make an annual pilgrimage to SPI and will definitely be staying at this property. It would be hard to find anything better for such a reasonable price.

Family Gathering

As always we had a great time, great place for our family gathering. Cozy, comfortable, and relaxing island house. We enjoyed grilling on the gas grill downstairs and hanging out on cool evenings on the large upstairs deck. Small walking distance to the beach and to Black Beards. Definitively will be back again. Thanks again!

50th Anniversary Celebration

I've stayed in many beach houses, but this one tops all of them. The place was nice, very accomadating. We couldn't have picked a better place. I can't rave enough about it. The family now is planning on making this a yearly get together at this same beach house. The owners were very conciderate, helpful, almost felt like family. GREAT GREAT Place!!!! It was my parent's 50th Anniversary, and we had the best time ever. (side note: do not go to PadreRitas close by, horrible food, horrible service, very rude bartender)

Oleander Beach House

The house was very nice and comfortable. One of the remotes was broken so couldn't use the tv in the upstairs bedroom, but otherwise ok. The room downstairs had a strong smell, either paint or medicine of some kind. It was a very nice house and we fit comfortably. The only thing is we do alot of cooking and had to purchase some items as it didn't have too many pots and pans. Our stay was great and the beach being within walking distance was awesome. Thanks for everything!
