Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!

This elegant duplex features a modern setting with lots of space, and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, renovated modern bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your experience in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of your guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

• DINING •
Featuring an open floor plan, the flat offers a dining table with seating for 6 people that opens to the living area and the kitchen.

• OUTDOOR •
An amazing feature that is rare in New York! With direct access, the gigantic private patio offers a set-up like no other! You have exclusive and private access to the patio space plus the outdoor furniture!

• PARKING •
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The space comes with two 65 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, and basic cable TV.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES •
• Casa del Sogno New York (Formerly known as The Maison Bella) is under new management.
• We have Smart TV with streaming apps only. Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
• Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We do have a luggage storage where you can leave your bags while waiting for check-in. Please reach out to our team prior to arrival if you intend to use the luggage storage prior to arrival so we can provide you with instructions.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.

HOUSE RULES

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• MAIL & PACKAGES: You are free to send mail and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.

Great option for girls trip

Excellent choice for a girls weekend in NY: Safe, conveniently located on Upper East Side, and clean as a whistle. Seven of us managed well for two nights with three bedrooms and two baths. Especially appreciated being able to store luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out.

Great location but lacked comfort

Outside furniture was filthy, not enough washcloths for our group, no towel racks to hang towels, dishwasher is not secured, luggage racks would be useful and more hangers. It would have been wonderful to have info about the neighborhood- restaurants etc.

Great neighborhood and cozy apartment.

We stayed here during the NYC marathon and had a great experience. We were able to walk right down the street to cheer on our daughter and all of the runners. The neighborhood was full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Easy walk to Central Park and shopping areas. The condo was quiet, conveniently located on the first floor, very comfortable and met all of our needs. Communication was excellent- when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning, maintenance was there within 5 minutes to fix it. Overall a great experience.

Sisters trip

My sisters and I needed a place to stay while visiting New York to see multiple Broadway shows while also being able to be together without several hotel rooms. This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. The neighborhood was safe and beautifully decorated for Halloween The instructions for using heat/air and tvs could be better but we were fine. In all this property was everything we asked for in location and size without being in the middle of Times Square.

Very basic accommodation in good location

Very sparsely furnished bedrooms and common area. Not a “ luxury” apartment. No usable clothes closet in downstairs bedroom. Downstairs large room has large bed and nightstands, but no shelving or clothes hangers. Very narrow indoor stairway from downstairs room to upstairs bath. Common room sofa is not a full bed. Inflatable Mattress is twin. It is a stretch to say this sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Manager very responsive to communications, but the common space is not comfortable and kitchen supplies slim for 6 adults. Minimal cleaning supplies for 1 week stay ( no broom!)
