With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops!

This elegant penthouse features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The space is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your experience in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

Featuring an open floor plan, the penthouse offers a dining table with seating for 6 people that opens to the living area.

OUTDOOR (PRIVATE ROOFTOP)
An amazing feature that is rare in New York! The private rooftop offers a scene like no other! A true million dollar view. You have exclusive access to the rooftop space plus the outdoor furniture!

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

OTHER AMENITIES
The penthouse comes with two 50 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests will have sole use of the penthouse during the stay. This includes exclusive access to the private rooftop.

We are available to answer any questions you may have, or assist you with anything you need.

The Upper East Side is renowned for being one of the most posh neighborhoods in New York City. Stroll through Central Museum, visit Museum Mile, and explore the countless local restaurants and specialty boutiques.

This Penthouse is conveniently located very close to the Lexington Ave Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
• Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.

Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!
HOUSE RULES

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability of early check-in.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability of late check out. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• MAIL & PACKAGES: You are free to send mail and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.

Don’t trust the pictures

The unit was dirty, walls, furniture were stained, scuffed and poorly maintained. The upstairs where our elderly parents stayed due to their requiring privacy, was stiflingly hot (hvac functioning sub par at best). The skylight was exposed and light flooded in at sunrise making the already hot and suffocating environment unbearable. The "door" to their room only partially closed. It doesn't fit the opening meant for the door, making any cool air the hvac emits, escape through the wide openings. There is no fan in the bathroom, and it smelled of sewage. Downstairs, the door of bathroom fell off track, injuring my wife. The pillows were lumpy and it is a stretch to even call them pillows. The beds were lumpy and the sheets don't fit the mattresses. The linens were flimsy and synthetically uncomfortable. The bathtub drain didn't work. The fan was covered in layers of dust and debris. The kitchen woefully ill equipped for cooking meals. We spent over 9K on accommodations that completely fall short of even the most mediocre expectations. I'm wondering how you plan to address this. I am very disappointed to have to write all this, more disappointing to have lived through it on this long awaited family reunion.

Great location in NYC

This is a great property in upper east side in a great location. Very quiet on the private rooftop. Very easy to get to public transportation. Property management communication is excellent. We had a wonderful time !

Great location, good communication - cheap extended stay feeling

The title says it all. For the price - stay downtown right next to Times Square in a presidential suite! I mean seriously. The place has great bones and potential but it felt like I was in an extended stay in the Midwest somewhere. All the AC units let out heat (good thing we didn’t visit in the summer) - it could be the older building switches to heat in the winter. It was dirtish - definitely not wiped with wet cloth or mopped. It his would work for a long term tenant who is bringing everything with them. Just not a home at all. Sad because it was REALLY pricey! I mean like $1200/night pricey.
