Home is equipped with 3 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Downstairs Powder Room, located on the mid-stairs landing; A Powder Room with direct access to the backyard, near the pool, and accessible from the garage as well.
The Master Ensuite in the King Room offers a separate stand up shower and soaking tub, two sinks, and toilet. And each ensuite from the other two bedrooms over single sink vanities, with a stand up shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash is provided in each bathroom.

Home is equipped with washer and dryer, located off the kitchen. Laundry detergent is available for guest use. Starter supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided at start of guest stay.

Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

We also provide the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
