Vistas de las Olas West ist eine von zwei Suiten mit einer absolut schönen Blick auf den Golf von Kalifornien in dieser zweiten Reihe vom Strand nach Hause. Es befindet sich in Las Conchas befindet. Vistas de las Olas Osten hat eine Schwester Raum, Vistas de las Olas West, ist, dass ein Spiegelbild; Sie können eine oder beide dieser Suiten mieten. Jede Suite für 2 Personen.

Die Suite ist sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und einladend. Die Fußböden sind mit roten mexikanischen Fliesen und es gibt schöne dekorative mexikanischen Fliesen im gesamten. Das geräumige 600 Quadratmeter große Suite ist wie ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem kleinen Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach und Kaffeemaschine (kein Herd oder Mixer). Ebenfalls bereitgestellt werden Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck, und Reinigungsmittel. zu genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten gibt es eine Frühstücks-Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Kamin ist mit Gas und Holzofen (selbst mitbringen Holz oder Brennholz). Der Wohnbereich verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten mit einer Couch und Sessel zum Entspannen. Für noch mehr Erholung finden Sie eine Satelliten-TV / DVD / VCR und Stereoanlage mit Surround-Sound. Extra-Videos, CDs, auch Bücher und Zeitschriften zur Verfügung. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit schönen und einzigartigen Fliesenkopfteil und Ende Tabellen. Das geräumige Badezimmer verf��gt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und schöner Fliesenarbeiten. Angrenzend an das Bad ist eine große Außenterrasse und Sonnendeck. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind: Deckenventilatoren, zentrale Wärme / AC, Propan BBQ sowie ein hibachi, Außendusche und einfachen Zugang zum Strand. Such a pretty view and the house was easy to access; however, the place was a bit hot the living room area felt nice but the bedroom and bathroom did not get much air flow which made sleeping uncomfortable I say either get better blinds or offer a fan during summer. Other than that it was a a good stay. Would book again.

Perfect spot

The condo was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. I was traveling alone and only needed a small space. The location and accommodations were just right - a nice clean space with a kitchen and everything I needed.

First time in Mexico - great location with significant issues

Check-in was Friday around 5pm and was just ok. Finding the actual location was a bit confusing but once we did, the view and access to the beach was worth the extra effort. The view was the only acceptable aspect for this rental. We never got to experience the beach from this location because we were never able to get settled. Once we arrive, unpacked the car, and cooled off the casita with the AC unit, we soon discovered the fire ants all over the floor and kitchen countertops. There was no running water or working electricity in the unit. The AC and ceiling fans were the only working electricity. We drove 4 hours and unable to use the restroom once we checked in. My husband is diabetic and was unable to store his insulin in a working refrigerator. After waiting at least an hour for maintenance to arrive and attempt to work on the issues, we were offered the unit next door as a solution only to discover that casita also had no electricity, running water or working toilet. Almost 2 hours later, we had to pack up, reload the car and move to a new, much smaller location with less of a beach view than what we paid for for the duration of our stay. The second location was just ok. We had issues with WIFI connections, no plunger for a toilet that broke the final day and no maintenance to arrive after confirming with Oceano Rentals they had arrived and fixed the problem. NONE OF THIS was acceptable and made our first visit to Mexico an unpleasant experience. We were offered two choices after settling into the second location: 1. 15% off our next rental. 2. Check out Saturday afternoon and receive a full refund - after having to move to another unit hours after arriving Friday evening. We understand resolving electricity and running water is beyond control of the management company, however, it is not unreasonable to expect a management company to confirm/verify that these essential services are working PRIOR to taking money for a VRBO rental. After multiple phone calls between Friday to Sunday to Oceano Rentals, we were not happy with this experience and felt none of the issues were not resolved to our satisfaction. We will NEVER rent a VRBO associated with Oceano Rentals again!

Nice suite, close to the beach

This is a nice property BUT, when checking in, ask to make sure the management Company - Oceano, has made sure the water tanks have been filled! We had no running water or ability to flush the toilet for the 1st night. Unacceptable! Oceano did resplendent quickly and rectify the situation, but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place

First time in rocky point

Only one thing that was a bit of a negative is that the room is on the north west corner. So this time of year it is very hot and when you check in the a/c is off. It took most of the two days to get cool and the windows are rounded at the top so there is no blinds to keep the afternoon sun out !

The view and sound of the waves created a calming atmosphere. Walking the beach was a fun experience.The rental could have been difficult to locate, if it hadn’t been for the painters who were doing some handy work. There are some stairs to climb. The private parking space provided additional security. We would return!

Las Conchas is the area to rent in Penasco. Two minor issues - the kitchen sink didn't work and the directions from the rental office are incorrect. Other than that, we loved it.

Pro's...great location, clean unit, approx 100 yards from the beach. direct explanation for property access, finally the 4th door I tried with the key, finally gained us access. No wifi. Great bedroom but no blinds in all of the half moon windows so we were woken up by the sun every morning at 530 am. Kitchen sink clogs or drains slowly upon arrival, needs to be fixed. All in all just minor details but enjoyed the place very much and would definately stay there again. THANKS!
