A set of twin bunks is also tucked up here so the kiddos can have their own spot. (note that bunks are built into the upstairs hallway and aren't in a separate room)

This beachy and airy retreat also features a hot/cold outdoor shower, electric charging station for your convenience and the option to park up to four cars (2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage). This home is not pet friendly, smoking is not permitted in the home or on the decks, and the stated occupancy of 10 is strictly adhered to. Minimum age to rent is 25.
This property has an elevator that can not be locked therefore, a refundable elevator deposit of $450 is required. This deposit will be refunded to to you upon departure as long as there are no damages done to the elevator during your stay.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.
