Amazing Home And Location

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious home. It was comfortable for us all of us and our 2 small children. The amenities provided went above and beyond. We felt right at home. The property is located in a fantastic location with prestine beaches and markets. Our host, Katerina, was kind and super responsive and accommodating to our requests. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful place with all the amenities

We loved staying at this location. Everything was modern and it seemed like every little detail was thought of. I don't think I've stayed at a VRBO that felt as well furnished before. Great built in coffee maker, tons of cooking appliances, plates, soaps etc. Location is ideal as well. Right on the golf course with a view of the 3rd hole. Would love to go back!

Amazing property, beautiful location, excellent host!!

Our family of five enjoyed our family vacation at the Kapalua golf villa for 8 nights and would love to come back! Our host Katerina was so kind and responsive. The villa has EVERYTHING you could need - from the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear stored on the Lanai to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Everything looks new and worked well - it was so nice to have all the amenities of a luxurious home vs being more cramped in two hotel rooms. Everyone had room to spread out while we also enjoyed family time together in the open kitchen/living room layout. It was so nice to be on the lanai and look out onto the golf course. Then it was an easy walk to the beach and there are trails you can walk as well. A close drive to Napili market and other restaurants - the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and were sad to say goodbye!

Excellent place

Our family stayed for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and it was perfect for the six of us.( All adults) We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the golf course and ocean. The amenities are a great bonus. We used the lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We brought our own cooler in our luggage which was a hassle and we did not need to as there are also nice coolers to use. Everything was well thought out. Thanks for an amazing stay! We will be back for sure!

Girls’ trip to Maui

We had an incredible 4-night stay at this villa! Impeccably clean, beautifully remodeled, and fully equipped, it was the perfect home away from home. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location in Kapalua was ideal—safe, quiet, and close to stunning beaches and fantastic restaurants. Highlights included hiking the Kapalua Coastal Trail each morning, breakfast at Kai Coffee at the Ritz, swimming with turtles, and dining at the Banyan Tree. We also loved visiting the Cliff House daily for its amazing views. This trip was extra special as we celebrated two birthdays and enjoyed a girls’ trip. It was our first stay at this villa, and we’ve already booked again for summer!

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this villa. The house was immaculately decorated, the appliances high end and the view from the lanai was very relaxing. We loved having coffee out there early in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and area restaurants was an additional perk. This villa has everything you need to feel “at home” while on vacation in beautiful Kapalua Maui.

The property is very well setup with all the amenities one can ask for. The host was super responsive and helped us out with a bunch of requests as we were traveling with an infant. Awesome place

Will come back again for sure. Great location and very nice place! The beaches are about 1/2 mile and require walking down hill easy but up the hill is tough after drinking a few Kona beers on the beach. The shuttle is good as well. We played 5 rounds of golf - super windy in July! We ate at several great places and had dessert at the Ritz. Katerina was awesome!

Modern condo near the best beach

Kapalua Bay is my favorite beach in Hawaii! And it's so hard to find anything modern in the area so when I saw this listing I had to book it :) The place has been recently remodeled with top-notch finishes and furnished with pieces from high-end stores including Restoration hardware! I cannot imagine a better place to stay. Everything was just perfect!

I had the most incredible experience at this brand new luxury 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in the heart of Kapalua. The location was a dream, being within walking distance to several stunning beaches like Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, Ironwoods, and DTFleming. The breathtaking views of the golf course with 100-year-old Monkey Pod trees, along with the majestic Molokai and Lanai mountains and the sparkling blue ocean, left me in awe every day.One of the highlights of this villa was the two separate living spaces, each with its own lanai. This allowed us to fully embrace the beauty of the surroundings and enjoy the fresh air from both floors. The built-in espresso machine was a delightful touch, giving us a perfect start to each morning.The bedrooms were a haven of privacy and comfort, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. I loved everything about my stay. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. It is a newly remodeled unit. I was a bit hesitant since the images of the property were digital drawings. But this owner had another unite at the same complex and the reviews were great, so I went for it. The location is great. It only a short walk to the beach. I think it took us about 7 minutes to reach the beach. The beach is lovely with calm water. I would love to come back here with my kids. The fist time I went swimming there was a turtle swimming next to me. What a treat! The interior is high end. Everything is tasteful with tropical vibe. It felt like hotel sweet. The unit overlooks the golf field which a great place to have sunset walk. The kitchen had everything for cooking or even entertaining. The property has several pools, but we went to the beach twice a day instead. Sunsets at the beach are also a great way to end the day which we did. Unit had everything we needed and more. Things like beach stuff like chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, beach mat. Nice touch was a yoga mat. I did my stretches on the luau in the morning. The grocery store is 5 minutes away by car. It is located in a small plaza that has other businesses like restaurants, diving shop and so on. There is a restaurant at the end of the beach and there are restaurants at the hotels all in walking distance. Katerina was very responsive and sweet. We are very happy with our stay!

I was born and raised in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States to earn my business degree. After graduating, I began an exciting career with a Big Four consulting firm, traveling the world and helping companies tackle their toughest challenges. In 2005, I joined Expedia, diving into the world of travel and hospitality—a perfect match for my passion for exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences.

In 2016 I took a big step toward a lifelong dream by purchasing my first vacation home on the Big Island. From there, my passion for hosting grew, leading to the acquisition of several properties on Maui.
