The 1865 is a historic tobacco barn that has been converted into 46 luxury condominiums. The 1865 is located in Marathon Village and is close to Centennial Park.

The 1865 Club seamlessly blends Nashville's tobacco heritage with contemporary sophistication, providing an immersive experience where every detail is meticulously crafted. From personalized service to signature cocktails adorned with the club's logo, the 1865 Club is intended to be a quaint area where guests, unit owners, and members can share, meet, and enjoy each other's company in a cozy setting.

**Please note that our home is situated in close proximity to train tracks. Trains pass by regularly during the day, and occasionally at night, which may result in some noise. Despite the proximity to the train tracks, many guests have found our home to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay, appreciating its convenient location and other amenities.**

We are thrilled to have you as our guests and wanted to take a moment to let you know that during your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. From the cozy bedroom to the well-appointed living area, and the fully equipped kitchen, this space is all yours to enjoy.

Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Emergencies occurring outside of business hours above will be directed to host emergency line for assistance. If you feel that you are in need of immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical, etc.) please don't hesitate to call these services.

Only a short Uber to popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway.

1. Assumption of Risk: The use of the pool is at your own risk. By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming and water activities. The host and property owner do not accept liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your stay.
2. Adult Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the pool. The host and property owner are not responsible for any incidents related to unsupervised children.
3. No Diving or Running: Diving and running around the pool area are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please exercise caution and adhere to the posted safety rules.
4. No Lifeguard on Duty: There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions.
5. Pool Maintenance: The pool will be regularly maintained and cleaned. However, unforeseen circumstances or temporary closures may occur for maintenance purposes. The host will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in advance.
6. Compliance with Pool Rules: Guests are expected to comply with all pool rules and regulations posted on-site. Failure to do so may result in restricted access or additional charges.
7. Glass Policy: For the safety of all guests, no glass items are allowed in or around the pool area. Please only use plastic cups and aluminum cans when in this area. Any evidence of glass found will result in additional fees for cleanup.
8. Trash Disposal: Please clean up all trash and dispose of it in the proper bins provided. Help us keep the pool area clean and enjoyable for everyone.
9. Pool Closure: After each use, please ensure the pool is closed down properly. If you remove any covers from the pool or furniture, please make sure they are put back on nightly.
10. Non-Transferable Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for any family members, friends, or visitors they invite to use the pool during their stay. It is the responsibility of the guests to inform their companions about the pool rules and risks.

By booking and using the pool facilities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined. The host and property owner shall not be held liable for any incidents or injuries resulting from the use of the pool.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Spring break visit

Property was as expected and parking and rollaway bedding was better than expected. However, the the lack of an ice maker or trys, and more notibly the inadiquate reponse when reported offset the positives.

Clean place with character

This was a great stay. Very clean place with a lot of character. The location is just minutes away from everything. Parking was plentiful and free. There is a low key bar/speakeasy in the basement of one of the buildings as well as a nice gym. The main gate opens automatically without a code, which could be mentioned upon check in. Also, there are train tracks right behind the building. Not a big deal for us but some may be sensitive to that sound. Excellent place overall!

Great historical building

4 ladies over 70 stayed here for girls trip to Nashville. Location was great and very secure. Ample parking. Elevator a blessing to get to 4th floor. Only negative was that the pull out couch was old and couldn’t be slept on when pulled out so one of us could sleep on it.
