**Please note that our home is situated in close proximity to train tracks. Trains pass by regularly during the day, and occasionally at night, which may result in some noise. Despite the proximity to the train tracks, many guests have found our home to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay, appreciating its convenient location and other amenities.**

3. No Diving or Running: Diving and running around the pool area are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please exercise caution and adhere to the posted safety rules.
4. No Lifeguard on Duty: There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions.
5. Pool Maintenance: The pool will be regularly maintained and cleaned. However, unforeseen circumstances or temporary closures may occur for maintenance purposes. The host will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in advance.
6. Compliance with Pool Rules: Guests are expected to comply with all pool rules and regulations posted on-site. Failure to do so may result in restricted access or additional charges.
7. Glass Policy: For the safety of all guests, no glass items are allowed in or around the pool area. Please only use plastic cups and aluminum cans when in this area. Any evidence of glass found will result in additional fees for cleanup.
8. Trash Disposal: Please clean up all trash and dispose of it in the proper bins provided. Help us keep the pool area clean and enjoyable for everyone.
9. Pool Closure: After each use, please ensure the pool is closed down properly. If you remove any covers from the pool or furniture, please make sure they are put back on nightly.
10. Non-Transferable Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for any family members, friends, or visitors they invite to use the pool during their stay. It is the responsibility of the guests to inform their companions about the pool rules and risks.
