The 1903 Beach Club at Whalehead - Corolla OBX

Beach Club at Whalehead is a brand new community in the middle of it all! Just steps from the ocean, this beautiful resort-style community has a heated pool with private poolside cabanas, fitness center, clubhouse, pickleball, AND a brand new restaurant, "Salty Rim", making it the perfect beach-side escape. The Currituck Lighthouse and historic Whalehead Club are also just a short walk away. We're situated at the last beach access before 4x4 so let down those tires, take in the salt air, and experience the beauty of the wild mustangs as they run along the beach.

"The 1903" at Beach Club is a brand new in '24 luxury condo that will feel like your home away from home. Named after the Wright Brothers and the year of their first flight in Kitty Hawk, you'll find little pieces of aviation history throughout the condo. You can expect light and airy beach living with tall ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight as you step through the door. You'll enjoy comfortable beds and furniture, large flat screens, a fully equipped open kitchen with an extra long kitchen island and an outdoor grill. Our front porch faces the pool with seating to relax and unwind after a fun day or while you sip your morning coffee. Welcome to our hangar!

You will have access to the entire condo as well as the Community Pool, Fitness Center, Pickleball Court, and Club House. Poolside Cabanas are also available for rent.

Beach parking pass is available for our guests who would like to drive / park on the 4x4 beach. (Request when booking)

Community Pool is heated and open thru Mid Oct.

There are 2 EV charging stations in the Community. They are 250amp plugs.

Beach Club at Whalehead is a new community and portions of the community are still under construction.

Front Door Security: A security camera on the front porch safeguards the property and guests, recording both audio and video with footage stored for 30 days. The camera must remain on and functional at all times. Any attempt to block, move, or tamper with the device or its connection will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. If the camera is damaged, a replacement fee of at least $250 will be charged to the guest.

No Animals Allowed: This property is animal-free.

If a beach parking pass was requested at booking, please leave it on the counter when you check out. A $75 fee will be charged if the pass is not returned.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance to cover family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, and other unforeseen events. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc., and are unable to make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. No refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
