Perfect for our needs

Nice house located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for us. Our daughter lives ten minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat out nearby. There is a nice kitchen stocked with all the necessities. We chose to eat our meals out. There is a nice backyard and a covered patio. Because of the heat wave we were not able to enjoy the back yard, thankful for the a/c. We drove to Jacksonville several times and once to Ormond Beach. Both are a little over an hour away. If we go back to the area, we will try to stay there again.

Perfect for first time Snowbirds

This was the perfect location for us from Northern IL. The small town had sidewalks for daily walks, and yet close enough to larger towns for sightseeing. We traveled to Gainesville Gator baseball, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, Cedar Key. We also did Mecum Auction in Kissimmee, the World Equestrian is Center, and The Grandview Clydesdales. Perfect location and home for us. The home owner, Angela was very gracious and accommodating.

Very nice vacation house

This property is in a convenient location. Easy to get to the grocery store, dining out restaurants, fast food and Dunkin’ Donuts 🙃😊 quiet neighborhood. It is situated an 45 min to 1 hr drive to St. Augustine and the beaches. Aprx 20 minutes to Gainesville FL. 5* rating from my stay.

Just like home

Home was clean cozy and well stocked. Our son is in a wheelchair and he was able to get around easily. The neighborhood is quiet. Keystone Heights is about 30 minutes from Gainesville. Angela was very quick to respond. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Keystone Key Spot!

The home was exactly as described, spacious, clean, bright. The kitchen is on the small side, but has what ya need. The yard is nice size, but missing a gate on one side-so may want to watch your pet when out there. Neighborhood is incredibly walkable for people and pets-sidewalks pretty much everywhere, lots of parks and interesting things to see and sniff. Half a block from an elementary school, also seemed to have a mix of homes. Angela was absolutely wonderful as a host-very patient and quick with replies and helpful information. No big “box” stores in town, but Walmart is about 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this home!

Excellent, clean, clean, clean property with great owner!

Very clean, comfortable house with no detail forgotten. No funny smells at all and water tastes good right out of the tap. From the first second we entered the place you could see it is well taken care of. All laminate flooring is a huge plus because unlike carpeting, dirt and grit can not hide on laminate. Very quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. We slept many nights with the windows open on the comfortable queen size bed and were not disturbed at all. I don't think 20 cars went past the house all day. Seems like the only traffic is from the neighborhood residents. Internet service is excellent, it's a cable connection and not from a satellite provider. Good water pressure in the showers and kitchen sink. Walk to most places in town in less than 15 minutes. We liked it so much we are returning again in 2020, but this time for two months instead of one. North Florida is an excellent place to escape Wisconsin's coldest months. It may be a bit warmer in south FL in Winter, but it is so much more relaxed in Keystone and not wall to wall people everywhere and crazy traffic. We'll trade a bit cooler weather for peace and quiet any day of the week, but many days were still at least 75 or higher. You WILL NOT go wrong with this great get away! Great communication from Angela, the owner. As of writing this review, there is no picture of the front of the house shown, but there should be. It is a very nice looking ranch house in a neighborhood with similar style houses. Newer, flat screen smart TV's in living room and one of the bedrooms add to the amenities of this property. Can't say a bad word about it!

Charming House!

This house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and just the right combination of rooms and beds for our family celebration with nearby residents. The house was clean, beds were oh so comfortable! All items needed were available in the kitchen,baths and laundry. We especially enjoyed the porch swing on the open back porch. It was so peaceful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and our stay was so enjoyable!

Immaculate & Comfortable Home

Angela is a great host and excellent communicator. This was a wonderful place for us to stay as we visited our daughter this past labour day day week end. The home was immaculate, comfortable and had all we needed. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood 40 minutes away for the University of Florida. Next time we come, we will definitely stay here. I'm a native Floridian who grew up in the small town of Keystone Heights with lots of family and friends nearby. Having moved away and lived all over the United States, I love coming back to Keystone. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing... and a town where everyone is warm and friendly.

This house is our family home. My parents raised their four daughters here. We have fond memories of learning to play softball in the back yard, eating watermelon on the back porch in the summertime, and jumping through huge piles of oak leaves every fall.

To this day, it's still the same quaint Keystone of our younger days... you can hear the owls hooting at night and spot countless native birds in the yard during the day. Friday nights you may even hear distant cheering from a high school football game. A precious place in for many reasons. We still love it!

The house is warm and cozy, spacious enough for up to 6 guests. The kitchen opens to the dining room which opens to the living room. Perfect for visiting with all your family and friends.

The natural back yard is fantastic. I just love sitting on the patio swing with a morning cup of hot tea and taking in the greenery and wildlife.

Recently renovated from floor to ceiling, the house has all new amenities, furnishings, linens and towels. Also included is wireless internet, cable TV, phone, electric and more. You can rest assured that you'll have all the comforts of home and more.

No matter what brings you to Keystone - family, friends, events, or just a getaway - the house is a great spot to settle in. You won't be disappointed.
