Mein Haus ist 1. 5 Meilen von der Rennstrecke von Amerika Rennen Formel-1-Rennstrecke, dieses 3-Bett-Zimmer gelegen / 2 Bad geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bietet bequemen Zugang zu beliebten Veranstaltungsorten; Circuit of the Americas, ABIA, Travis County Expo, Lake Travis und der Innenstadt von Austin. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von dem Circuit of the Americas Race Track.

Die Gäste absolute Privatsphäre haben, aber wir werden verfügbar sein, wenn es irgendwelche Fragen.

Es gibt eine neue große Mittelgeschäft 2 Blocks vom Haus entfernt. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ein Feinkostgeschäft, die das Frühstück serviert. Mittagessen und Abendessen. Der Laden hat auch eine Fleischmarkt, Obst und Gemüse, andere Lebensmittel, und verschiedene Getränke.

Unser Haus befindet sich eine halbe Meile von 130 Toll Rd, die einen schnellen Zugriff auf South Austin, Central Austin, North Austin, Round Rock, die Highland Lakes, und Georgetown bietet gelegen.

Great home away from home

We stayed two weeks while visiting family. The home was nice and spacious. Loved being able to use the grill. Quiet neighborhood. The home owners were very accessible and responded quickly to any questioms we had. We definitely would recommend this place to others visiting the area!

Close to the track

The house was as described and very close to the track. It made commuting back and forth very easy, even allowing us to walk when we wanted, it’s a little over a mile to the ride share drop off area. If you are looking for something close to COTA check this place out. Also driving into Austin was very easy.

good location for COTA events

Home worked out well for us at COTA. You should bring earplugs for the 3 dogs next door that bark all night and be prepared to handle 76-78 degree AC temps. Owner was not responsive to our request to turn down the temp a little since thermostat was locked. Coming from Oregon we are not used to a home kept that hot.

Comfortable, roomy. Clean, 20 min from downtown attractions

All of this plus many extra items used for cooking as well as extras in bathrooms. ..shampoo, kleenex, liquod soap ...and 2 queen beds in one bedroom and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom....Also enrique was very helpful and easy to contact. Don't bother looking elsewhere

Me and my girls had such a great time visiting Austin. It was everyone's first time and we definitely enjoyed out stay. What made the stay even better was going home to a nice, cozy house that we stayed for 3 days. The owner Enrique was great. I didn't meet him personally but communicated only through email which he is very quick with replying. When I visit Austin again which I plan in the near future. I will definitely submit a request to stay at Enrique's home again

Great location for COTA

My only fear is that others rent this property before I can get my hands on it! We are a race team and have stayed here two years in a row to compete at COTA. Excellent proximity to the track, well stocked kitchen and amenities, would recommend to anyone. Will be staying here again and again.

Clean and convenient to COTA

Five of us stayed at this house for 3 nights while racing at COTA with WRL. The house was clean and comfortable and very convenient to the track. The neighborhood looks to be declining which is surprising given the age of the houses and development. However, we didn't have any issues. The owner was very nice and communicated well before arrival and during the stay. I would definitely recommend this property and will consider staying here again.

Harleychick

The house was excellent choice for as as we went to the Circuit of Americas to See Willie Nelson. The house is only 1.5 miles away and no traffic. The home was well stocked everything you might need while away for a weekend., however the mattress could be upgraded not comfortable for a 6 foot person. Mr. Pena was flexible l on the check in and out times. Great access to everything like McKinney Falls park is just a 10 min drive. I would stay here again if we every come to Austin. Great Place to stay.

Clean and comfortable

The area is a little secluded, but other than that its a nice little home. Very clean, stocked as advertised, lots of hot water. The drive into downtown is easy and i would stay here again, no doubt.

Very nice place would book it again.

The house is nice and clean the only thing keeping it from being a 5 start are the bed mattress. Getting good sleep after driving 8 hours is important and the bed we got did not help (hard, loud, small). The light in the living room need more brightness as well. Overall I will be booking this place again; its close to the airport and the Circuit of the Americas which makes it an awesome spot.

Great stay for SXSW

We stayed here for this year's SXSW music fest and the property worked great. The house is about 10 miles from downtown, it was taking us about 18-22 minutes depending on traffic to get into the city which isn't bad. There didn't seem to be alot around this area as far as restaurants and activities but there is a gas station very close that has a full meat market and Taqueria which is a plus. The house was in good condition and they made sure to provide entertain such as TV, DVD's, Internet, etc. so you'll have stuff to do while staying at the house. I would stay here again if visiting this part of Austin.

Nice place to Stay near COTA

Myself and some co-workers stayed here for a month while working an event at The Circuit of the Americas. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The kitchen and bathrooms were also stocked with the necessities we needed, the owner was very helpful and made check-in/out very easy. This property is very close to COTA, the Austin airport and Downtown is only about 20-30 minutes away.

I am a retired teacher. My wife is a Real Estate Professional and we live in Cedar Park which is just north west of Austin. We are long time residents of Austin and the surrounding area. We are very familiar with area special events, local restaurants, local hot spots, the entertainment districts, sports venues and festivals that are held in the Austin area. We love Austin and everything it has to offer.

My home is in a great location on the outskirt of East Austin. We are a few blocks from the 130 Toll, short drive to Hwy 183, and short drive to Hwy 71. You can be in South Austin, Central Austin, West Austin or North Austin within minutes.
Our home is a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin.
We are located next to the Circuit of the Americas F1 Race Track, Austin Bold Soccer Stadium, and Austin360 Amphitheater.
Our home is also a 5 minute drive to ABIA (airport).
No matter what part of Austin you need to travel to, you will be able to quickly get there.
