The space
The wide open interior room has walls of 24 foot glass, doors that open 20 plus feet on both sides and spectacular light. You’re instantly mesmerized with the stunning architecture. Exceptional quality throughout. Black out blinds in all bedrooms and see through shades in all rooms. Super quiet AC. Beautiful kitchen appliances are all made by Italian firm SMEG

Guest access
There are three exits to our building which are incredibly helpful. We have a parking space available but there is no need for one, as we are very close to everything. We rarely Uber anywhere but they are plentiful. Guests have access to all parts of the condo and property. Gorgeous, two story gym. Rooftop pool has a bar with bartender during the days. Must be respectful of others at all times. We strongly prefer guests that will treat our home as their home. 6 guest maximum. Building has firm policy of no guest pets. No smoking.

Other things to note
Guests can enjoy time w their friends but no parties allowed. We are careful about who stays here and other owners are the same. We have a beautiful, respectful…yet fun community. Two cleanings per week included, as well as fresh flowers and a welcome bottle of wine/champagne or taquila. Personal chefs, daily cleanings, massage and other services available upon request.
