We completely understand the challenges of traveling with young children! That's why we're delighted to offer a pack n play and high chair for your convenience during your stay.

We have security cameras on the exterior units on the property to ensure no parties or package thieves :)

Throughout your stay, you'll have full access to your unit, encompassing all its amenities and facilities, including bedrooms, living spaces, and the kitchenette. Feel free to utilize everything at your disposal to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, we have an outdoor communal space for your enjoyment.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Next to our property is an RV storage facility but the views above that towards the mountain range are still great!
