Welcome to Ocean Dreams, a luxurious three-story vacation retreat perfectly situated near community amenities like tennis courts and a pool! Inside, the spacious living area boasts a plush leather couch, loveseat, and a desk with a chair, offering both comfort and practicality.

The cozy kitchen is ideal for whipping up your favorite meals, and the dining area includes a table for four, with three additional barstools at the kitchen bar, providing plenty of seating for meals and gatherings. The property features beautiful tiled floors downstairs and elegant hardwood floors upstairs, with tiled bathrooms adding a touch of luxury.

Outside, the fenced-in area offers a charming picnic bench for al fresco dining, along with additional outdoor seating to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. With its well-designed layout and close proximity to leisure activities, this vacation rental guarantees an unforgettable escape for you and your loved ones.

property has a max capacity of 12 and is ideal for for up to 6 adults, (we have 2 twin beds that could sleep 2 adults but is recommended for children) and up to 6 children.

*We offer an initial set of complimentary toiletries, which includes one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom. You may choose to bring any extra supplies you require or conveniently purchase them at a local store along with your groceries.

Please review the house rules rules below:

All trash must be placed in trash bags that have been tied and placed in the outdoor trash bins. Please do not place loose trash in the bins as it will not be collected. Trash bins are located near the driveway and must not be moved! The trash valet service will retrieve the bags from the trash bins. Trash pick up is Tuesday and Thursday (with additional days added during peak season). Note, Emerald Shores does not recycle.

Guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and is not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.

Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)

Home is pet friendly with $125 per pet fee, with a 2 pet limit. If guests do not let us know about the pets they bring prior to check-in there will be an additional $125 per pet fee if the number of pets are under the 2 pet limit. If guests bring more than 2 pets and guests don't let us know, there will be a $500 per pet fee for each pet over the 2 limit.

For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.

Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.

If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.

Please start the dishwasher before you depart.

Please take the trash out before you depart.

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements due to such damages will be charged to the guest. Any damages exceeding $1500 per reservation will be charged to the guest.
