No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
Pets Allowed - an additional $100 will be added to your cleaning fee.

We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip.
Early Check ins/ Access to the unit for any reason at all from 1:00pm – 2:59pm are based on availability only, must be agreed to in advanced, and cost $25/hr.
Check ins prior to 1:00pm are not allowed under any circumstance.
Standard Check-in time is at 3:00pm
After booking, your phone number will be provided to our property manager will verify and assist you with remote/self check in.
You will be asked to provide proof of a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to not provide you the access code for your self check-in.
-Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.
- NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host.
- DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!! There are paper towels in the kitchen/ Make-up Remover in bathrooms

- AT LEAST 1 PERSON in your group must speak English, or at least translate the "House Manual" into your spoken language, and confirm that you understand it. *NOTE* Only ONE KEY/ FOB/ Garage Opener is Provided for your stay. Please plan accordingly before booking.
