Dieses Reihenhaus mit 2BR / 2BA-Einheiten bietet von beiden Etagen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf. Die erste Etage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstücksbar, reichhaltigen, honigfarbenen Ess- und Wohnzimmermöbeln sowie einem einzigartigen Couchtisch mit Sand und Muscheln, die im Laufe der Zeit liebevoll gesammelt wurden. Zwei bequeme Sofas laden Sie ein, sich auf dem großen Flachbildfernseher mit Blu-Ray / DVD-Player zu entspannen und einen Film anzusehen.

Die Master Suite erwartet Sie. Ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Relaxsessel und eine Hocker, ein großer Flachbildfernseher und Zugang zum Balkon im Obergeschoss runden das Zimmer ab. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein maritimes Dekor mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. Zwei Zustellbetten stehen zur Verfügung, so dass insgesamt sechs Gäste schlafen können.

Great Eye Candy of the Beach

First, thank you for a great unit. We have stayed in many rentals and by far yours is our favorite. The beach service was there everyday before 8am if not way before that. Great location for food and shopping. Thanks again for a great place.

Can’t wait to go back

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, the beach was absolutely private and security was present to make sure it stayed that way and that was awesome. The views were amazing , it was right next to two restaurants which was convenient . Beach towels, toys and extra chairs were available. There was even games and puzzles for the entire family. We will definitely be back. And Hectoe was great too!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on beachfront was quite nice. Windows, ocean front, views to die for, down the deck stairs and onto the sand. Private beach section for amazing access and enjoyment. Being next to beach access and across from Kenny D’s, creates lots of noise at night.The unit itself was a bit disappointing, as it clearly needs some investment / maintenance. Deck in marginal shape, drive and entry are neglected - and it’s obvious as you arrive and look at other units. Peeling ceiling paint, couch with burn holes, cheap chairs on upper deck limiting ability to enjoy this aspect. Washer and dryer barely function and rusty. We spent lots of time out of the house, so it was okay - but not what I expected when renting via Francisca.

When we arrived, the AC was somehow blowing warm air--we called the manager after hours and he had the repair guy there promptly. Anything you want, the staff is there.the beach is so wonderful, the location is ideal, and the views out the enormous new widows are the best on the coast--unobstructed by other buildings. the streetside may have been jammed with spring break traffic and people, but in the condo and on the deck,the sound of the water made it as secluded and relaxing as a place could be. a few steps and you're in the water. the condo is immaculate and so comfortable, we did not feel any need to go anywhere else for any reason for the week we were there. our group ranged in age from 2 to 72, and everybody was happy and cozy--the kids especially loved the enormous deck closets of sand toys and boogie boards. the elders appreciated the quality and support of the new furniture and mattresses. there was enough space for privacy, enough space for family fun.God-willing, we will be back!

It was great to sit on the back porch if it rained or just to cool down some. The house was clean and the view from the master was fabulous. The restaurant across the street Kenny D was pretty good. Just a warning, they have karaoke on Sunday nights till 10, other than that you don’t know they are there. Our 2 chairs and umbrella was set out each day, if you want something to lay out in you may want to bring it ( also gives you a little more space on the beach) there are no other chairs that come with the house, but they did supply beach towels. We did not cook, but the kitchen looked to have everything needed.
