Golf Cart is NOT automatically included with any Reservation. Guest must request for use of Golf Cart in writing, Sign and Return Golf Cart Waiver, and Pay the Golf Cart fee prior to arrival. Access to Golf Cart and Key will not be provided until all 3 are completed. Guest are responsible for damages to Cart and the Golf Cart Charger.


We have a Non Cancellation Policy, but we do work with all travelers, in every Scenario, if cancellation is needed. That simply means we will re-open your dates in attempt to rebook them, and offer a refund only if re-booking is successful. We Strongly Recommend Travel Insurance with a Cancel for any reason CFAR Clause when booking your stay, or purchasing one of the travel insurance plans through vrbo.
