The space
This is a very comfortable studio. It is nicely furnished with a full-size real bed, television, equipped kitchen & bath, and a balcony overlooking to the southwest of Houston to watch sunset. The Building 2016 Main, has 24/7 on-site security guard, package receiving services, Gym/Pool/Hot tub, and Coin-operated laundry inside the building.
This studio is within walking distance of Randall’s and Spec’s, Starbucks coffee, midtown/downtown restaurants and bars, YMCA and 24 Hours Fitness, and it is adjacent to the metro rail for easy commuting to all sports venues, museum district and the medical center.
Guest access
You have full access to all building amenities, outdoor pool/hot tub, exercise room and laundry room.
Other things to note
I am requesting minimum 60 days stay and will take reservations only 1 month or less in advance in order to avoid potential booking conflicts. Please contact me for any questions.

Building HOA requires background check for all potential tenants prior to acceptance and monthly lease contract to be signed.
