Your fast pass to relaxation is found! The living room as well as the master bedroom all open through sliding doors onto the tranquil private backyard with stunning mountain panoramic views. The spacious backyard is a lush oasis in itself, offering everything you need for a relaxing vacation experience. Take a nice dip in the private sparkling Caribbean blue pebble large saltwater pool with a tanning shelf and relax under the shady-covered patio. Watch Koi fish swim and stargaze in the saltwater mineral pool and spa. Feel the cares of the world slip away as you enjoy your tranquil private massage by the pool and pond while enjoying the soothing sounds of serene running water from the koi pond and spa waterfalls. Cook delicious meals at a natural gas BBQ grill and fully equipped kitchen, or book your private chef for a unique culinary experience. The large backyard is perfect for hours of fun and games, with a ping pong table, darts, and more. Inside the home entertainment awaits with a full-size electronic Yamaha piano for piano players, Karaoke, and High Definition Samsung Smart TVs with free Netflix guest account and more. Gather around the fire pit under the stars and make memories with friends and family. As the sun goes down, you will be treated to a captivating display of landscape and twinkling lights below, creating a magical atmosphere. DESERT HOT SPRINGS MINERAL WATER
The city of Desert Hot Springs, world-renowned and aptly named a "Spa City", is teaming with an array of naturally occurring hot and cold springs that are perfect for melting away stress, improving your skin, and boosting your wellness factor. Desert Hot Springs Water contains both sodium and potassium, two minerals that play a large role in balancing fluids in the body and are also important for nerve conduction and muscle contraction. Silica helps heal wounds, build bones, and support connective tissues, particularly collagen. The water at Koi Springs house and even the water in the pool, spa, and pond originate from the Mission Springs Desert Hot Springs Aquifer. The water 150 feet below Koi Springs house is naturally heated by ancient geothermal forces below the earth’s surface to as much as 180 degrees, however, as a residential house, we are not allowed to tap into the hot water aquifer which is reserved for the Spas only, so Koi Springs pool/spa water is heated by solar panels and natural gas heaters and uses a salt chlorinating system for a soft healing experience. Hot or cold, for centuries, this water has been believed to hold curative powers and it is odorless. Soaking in hot mineral water, commonly referred to as Balneotherapy, is known to provide the body with valuable nutrients needed to increase blood circulation, eliminate toxins, stimulate metabolism, balance your body's natural systems, improve PH levels, and relieve pain and stress. Desert Hot Springs water is highly rated drinking water as well and won many competitions.

Mineral Saltwater Pool heating: Solar heating is free ( best performed from May to September) Gas pool heating is optional. (Extra charge). There is no safety fencing on the pool, spa, and pond, and an adult must always supervise children.

Both full bathrooms feature luxury hotel-style essentials. There is one bathroom connected to the primary suite, and the second is conveniently located in the hallway.

Koi Springs vacation home is perfect for small gatherings such as anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, relaxing getaways, yoga retreats, and romantic escapes. It's important to note that this vacation rental is not intended for parties; it's designed to be a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors. Absolute quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. For everyone's safety, there are outdoor security cameras and a noise monitor as per city and county rental requirements. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside for your privacy.
