Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet eine Glasschiebetür auf eine wunderschön eingerichtete Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 5 Personen mit einem großen Bett und einem großen Futon mit einem Doppelstockbett. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Wi-Fi ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Ein wunderschöner Wintergarten aus Glas wurde 2013 hinzugefügt, um das ganze Jahr über zu speisen, zu lesen oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Zum Kochen im Freien steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Beobachten Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge rund um die Feuerstelle und stoßen Sie auf Marshmallows an. Mehrere Seespielzeuge (Fischerboot, Tretboot und Kanu) stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Ein großer Sandkasten, der von einem schönen Weidenbaum beschattet wird, ist mit allen Arten von Sandspielzeug ausgestattet, damit Ihre Kleinen Spaß haben. Genießen Sie den Schatten unter den schönen Trauerweiden. Klimaanlage und Zentralheizung werden auf die gewünschte Temperatur des Insassen überwacht. Wir befinden uns in zentraler Lage am Seneca Wine Trail neben dem Sampson State Park und nur wenige Minuten von der Waterloo Outlet Mall und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt Genf entfernt. Die Sommerpreise betragen 1.900 USD pro Woche und werden von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Der Preis beinhaltet Ihre Reinigungsgebühr. Bettwäsche steht zu Ihrer Verfügung, muss jedoch vor der Abreise gewaschen und weggeräumt werden.

Beautiful, well-maintained "home" on Seneca

This is just an absolutely beautiful home just steps from Seneca Lake in an equally gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and is very obviously well cared for. The gardens around the house are beautiful! The queen bed was very comfortable and there was a nice size closet in that bedroom as well as a door onto the deck. It was nice to be able to open the blinds in the morning and watch the seagulls right from the bed. We also really enjoyed the living room in the evening. The furniture is very comfy, and we loved using the electric fireplace in the early morning. The owner was available if needed and she actually checked into make sure we were doing okay, but everything was just perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as a matter of fact I hope to do that in a little bit warmer weather so we can enjoy the kayaks and paddle boat. Thanks so much to Beverly for providing such a wonderful place to stay in the FLX.

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

Enjoyed out time at the house. Had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Really like how close to Sampson Park we were. Rode our bikes to the park several times and enjoyed other activities there. Several nice wineries within a short distance.

A beautiful cottage in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with a “backyard” that is spectacular! The cottage has everything you need for a great stay, but your ‘backyard” is a “show-stopper”. A westward view of Seneca Lake, a gorgeous sunset, and a level walk-out from a three season room. We will be back!

Great place for a lake getaway

We stayed at this property for the eclipse. Even though the clouds caused some disappointment, this property did not. It was like our own little lake retreat. This property is on the lake with a great dock for a stroll. The views are spectacular and the property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we do a Finger Lake getaway.

Relaxing & Beautiful!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The house was so well kept and the view was absolutely amazing!! It was so nice not to have stairs and to be so close to the lake!! Beautiful cottage on the lake

The cottage is very clean and the location on the water is perfect!! We enjoyed the all seasons room while it rained and loved jumping off the dock into the water when it was nice out. Loved the firepit. The cottage has all you need for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing vacation in every respect

My best friend and I could not have been more satisfied with our 10 days at this property. We felt at home from the first step in the door. The house and property were immaculate and the view of the lake was everything we’d hoped for. The location was perfect for our plans to visit waterfalls and lighthouses. We drove north to Rochester and Sodus Bay and south to Corning. Easy day trips. We spent each evening in the sun room playing cards and there’s nothing like having coffee and breakfast watching the boaters and birds on the lake. I guarantee we’ll be returning guests! Excellent vacation cottage on Lake Seneca!

Our accommodations inside were perfect for our week stay. Plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The 3-season room looked over the lake and gave the illusion of literally being right on the water. The most spectacular part of our stay was the outdoor area of the cottage that had a spectacular view of Lake Seneca. We watched the sunset every night, and had coffee in the morning on the lawn taking in the beauty of the lake. The owners responded quickly to our VRBO emails and were very pleasant. The AC went on the fritz on vacation day 3, and the owners had it fixed the same day. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes and it was magnificent, and the best attraction of the week was that beautiful view of the lake right in our back yard. Kevin & Theresa Ohio

Serene Lake Views

Gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. If visiting Seneca Lake, you need to stay here! Beverly was quick to communicate with us regarding check in and even called to check in with us to answer any questions and see how our stay was going. The house was as pictured and included thoughtful features such as smores sticks, a large Keurig machine with k-cups and the TV had Netflix and other apps. The only thing that was not as described was that there was no bunk bed - only one full bed and a futon. This did not effect our stay but thought it could be useful for other people to know! Our party of 5 will be staying here again in future trips to the Fingerlakes. 5/5!!!!

Lovely home perfect for 4

Property is beautiful especially the 4 season room overlooking lake. We spent most of our time in that room watching the sunsets! Very clean and decorated nicely. First time we stayed in east side. A tiny bit further from wineries but still a great find!!!
