James house was perfect for my family of
5. We had plenty of space and the floor
plan made it easy to be together and
have some space. My kids loved the
basement with the ping pong, and knock
hockey, the pool was big and warm, and
the tennis court is beautiful. East
Hampton is only about 8 minutes away,
and the beaches are easy to get to as
well. We spent most of our time at the
home, grilling, and spending time at the
tennis court and pool. Highly
recommend to anyone.

Courtside is awesome! It literally kept us
sane during the Covid craziness.
You know it's a good house when you
spend 45 days without leaving and you
don't get bored. What's better than a day
of swimming, playing tennis and then
ending it in a Hot Tub? Our family of four
had plenty of room to work & play. James
was extremely responsive and look
forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful week at Courtside.
We used all the amenities to the fullest
the tennis court, pool and indoor games.
The house was clean, fully stocked and
very very easy to get comfortable in
beds, indoor and outdoor furniture,
kitchen items - all perfect for our needs.
James provided all necessary info to get
us on our way everywhere. The house is
very conveniently located and we took
advantage of that, eating, shopping and
walking around from Sag Harbor to
Montauk. We were able to totally relax
and enjoy ourselves the entire time.
Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the kids
had a blast using the huge pool, the tennis
court and playing basketball. The beach is
only a 7 minutes drive away and offers lots
of space, is not overcrowded. James was
a great host, very responsive and offered
a lot of tips.

Great house, pool, hot tub and tennis
were a prefect respite to offset the beach
and shopping days. Nice quiet
neighborhood, very convenient to town
and beaches.
