But that's not all - should you prefer separate sleeping arrangements, the bed can be easily split into two singles. Just let us know your preference in advance, and we'll make sure your sleeping space suits your unique needs! Ample storage ensures your belongings find a home, making these bedrooms a tranquil retreat.

The bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower combo. Enjoy a relaxing soak or a quick freshen up, surrounded by fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
