We have restored the 1940 charm with new, updated amenities. Our house has a front sun porch and a living room with a dining area for open living. The kitchen is cozy and has a wood stove with a breakfast nook. The newly tiled bathroom features a cast iron blue tub and vintage hardware. Enjoy a bonus room with a fold-out twin bed and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed and a dedicated workspace.
The main bedroom has a bathroom attached. We renovated this home with energy efficiency in mind. Mini-splits keep it extremely warm and cool during the seasons.
