Dies ist ein sehr geräumiges Haus im Herzen von Port Aransas. Sie werden die Aktualisierungen genießen, die gerade für dieses bereits großartige Haus vorgenommen wurden! Dieses Haus bietet 2 Master-Suiten und wurde professionell eingerichtet! Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses bietet den ersten Wohnbereich, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Vollbad. Die Treppe hinauf finden Sie den zweiten Wohnbereich, eine offene Küche mit einer großen Speisekammer und einem Essbereich, drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Vollbäder. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Doppelbett und 1 Queensize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über zwei Etagenbetten mit jeweils einem Doppelbett auf der Unterseite und einem Doppelbett auf der Oberseite und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It appeared that work was done not long before our arrival. There was “concrete” dust all over the kitchen from the back splash being worked on. It was also outside with pieces on the back porch. The also also had a severe musty smell as if it hadn’t been cleaned/aired out in awhile. The carpets appeared to be recently cleaned and still damp and may have caused the smell. Not sure. Overall it was a great location and we had a great time and would stay again with those few things fixed. The office staff was very nice and helpful and did make some accommodations with a return of the cleaning fee. Thank you for a good visit.

Quick Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay! Short trip to Port A but it was so worth it. This place had everything we needed and it’s the perfect location. The bottom bedroom was a little bit hot, but the upstairs was nice and cool. Really enjoyed the top deck and the yard was perfect for our dogs. Second time we rented this house and will do it again.

Annual Port A Family Trip

The property was just as described in the listing. Lots of space for our group of 8. Clean and very close to the beach. We enjoyed our time at the beach and in the evenings when we all shared food, drinks and games. Overall I would stay at this property again.

Clean house, pet friendly and good location

The house was clean, pet friendly and check in and out was easy. The layout of the rooms and space allows for privacy when needed, but also had a great front room and dining situation for families to spend time together. One of the garages was available to store your beach equipment and the extra fridge was a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice house - enjoyed our visit

The photos make the house look a bit nicer than it is. Nothing dramatic, but the carpet on the stairs had a lot of stains, and the backyard is weeds and stickers - so it wasn't useable at all for our dog. The front door glass doesn't have blinds, so that felt odd at night. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of space to cook / eat / hang out in the upstairs living area.

Comfortable, great location, no grill or outdoor shower

The property management did a nice job of addressing concerns that I had based on previous reviews. The house was comfortable for two families, and the location is great. It was nice to have the garage space to park both of the golf carts we rented, and the washer & dryer were great for washing towels and swim suits. Things that would make this property perfect: a grill outside (we had to bring our own), an outdoor shower (had to use the water hose in the driveway), a remote or keypad entry for the garage door opener (had to go through the house to open the garage door), and a broom. It would also be nice to have a space to hang wet swim suits and towels outside or downstairs instead of having to hang them in the bathrooms. The staircase up to the widow's walk made us nervous (no center support, worried a small child could fall through), but we enjoyed being up there in the evenings.

Good but could be better

We arrived July 4th and noticed the electricity in the downstairs master bedroom did not work. Call management and was told they would need to send out an electrician and due to holiday it would not be today. Only one AC for 2 story house, downstairs never cooled off. Yard had not been mowed and was full of stickers (not good for dogs). No broom in the house so no way to sweep up the sand. The kitchen was well stocked. NO WiFi or Phone Service at all inside of the house. I called and spoke to the maint man and he said he wouls have to send out a tech to check the problem.....never heard another word about it.

Reviewer Comments: After some initial resistance, Port A Escapes did a really nice job of addressing all of the concerns I had based on reviews posted after I made my reservation. The house was clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable for our 2 families. The location is great, and the views from the widow's walk are beautiful. Both of the golf carts we rented fit in the one available garage space. This property would be perfect if there was an outdoor grill, a broom, a garage door opener or keypad for the garage door, an outdoor shower, and a space to hang wet swims suits & towels. Thank you for addressing our initial concerns - they were all resolved!

It was very nice to be able to bring our dogs. The third floor balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The golf cart that came with rental was very nice. I was disappointed the grass had not been mowed and the yard was full of weeds. We had a ceiling fan and wifi connection issues when we arrived but a maintenance man came right out and fixed them. However, the oven, laundry washer, and exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms did not work. We called for maintenance and they came out to check on it but could not fix them. Kind of a bummer but we were compensated for our inconvenience. We will use Port A Escapes again.

Our only complaint dealt with the backyard. There were so many stickers neither the grandchildren or the dogs could use it. I spent the first hour there cleaning dog droppings in the yard. They really need someone to monitor the grounds.

Living room is nice for everyone to hang out with a large TV. Great place for dog owners except the back yard is full of grass burrs (pointy ones). The only update I would make is to plant grass in the back yard and maybe some extra outdoor seating.

Great family getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. The house was very clean, maintained, and roomy for our group of 11 plus a pet. We had pretty much everything we needed utensil wise. The rental office staff were very helpful, especially when we arrived past 6 pm and couldn't pull up the office location on my probably outdated gps. They waited for me. The only "negatives" we're that the trash can already had trash in it and there is only one. For a house that rents to large groups 2 might be more helpful. Also there was brush in front of the house the entire week. There are no direct neighbors to each side which was nice. But there is a house being constructed on the next lot over so had a little noise but not a lot. There are houses behind but still felt private. Pretty sure our dog could smell the ocean from the back yard the way he was sniffing the air. Did report a problem with ants, in and out of house, when we left, including inside a light switch in kitchen. Master bedroom did not seem as cool as rest of house but we were okay. Love Port A and would def rent the house again if we return with a large group. Beach access road is not far as well.
