"Sands of Time" ist ein gut ausgestattetes Strandhaus, das mit Blick auf Komfort, Platz und Schönheit gestaltet wurde. Der offene Grundriss und die gut ausgestattete Küche machen es zum perfekten Zuhause für Familienfeiern. Panoramablick auf das Meer und mehrere Wohnräume sind nur der Anfang der vielen Annehmlichkeiten, die auf Ihren Genuss warten.
Die geräumige dritte Ebene mit umgekehrtem Grundriss bietet viele mögliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Teilen Sie sich nach Wunsch in intime Gruppen oder große Versammlungen auf. Die riesige Gourmetküche bietet viel Platz für mehrere Köche sowie jubelnde Zuschauer. Natürlich können diese von der Sicherheit der Insel-Barhocker aus beobachten. Der Essbereich für 10 Personen ist auch mit dem Wintergarten verbunden, in dem sich mehr Gäste oder das neueste Puzzle / Spiel befinden können. Das große Zimmer bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und verfügt über schöne Ledersessel und ein riesiges Unterhaltungssystem mit Surround-Sound. Entspannen Sie sich in der Schiffswache mit Blick auf den großen Raum. Es ist wunderbar übergroß und lädt Sie zu einem entspannten Mittagsschlaf oder einem ruhigen Gespräch mit einem Freund oder einem Buch ein!

Wenn Sie die Treppe zur zweiten Ebene hinuntersteigen, finden Sie zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit gemeinsamem Bad, eine Wäscherei und einen Fitnessraum. Neuer Bodenbelag auf dieser Ebene macht alles frisch! Greifen Sie von allen Ebenen dieses durchdachten Hauses sowie von vier der sechs Schlafzimmer auf die Terrassen am Meer zu.

Die erste Ebene bietet mehr Raum für Versammlung und Ablenkung. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über einen Billardtisch, einen Kickertisch und eine Arcade-Videokonsole "Legends 3". Es gibt auch eine Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank, eine Badewanne und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Sands of Time! We had a group of 13 - 3 families ranging from 12 - 50 years old. There was something for everyone to do and keep busy. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen had so many helpful items, since we cooked every meal while there. The walk to the beach was wonderful too - very close. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We loved everything about it and plan to come back again. ❤️

The house is wonderful, it’s exactly like the pictures and actually even better. We had the unfortunate luck of being there during a storm that lasted our entire stay, but the house kept us entertained and the location made it more interesting as we watched the sea from the house.

In the Ocean, in the pool, in the hot tub good times all around.

Well stocked with almost everything you can think of. 4 wheel drive required to get to house but well worth it. We saw wild horses most days. Check the tide charts and plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time.

The home was an instant favorite with everyone in my family. It is super comfortable--the furniture, the views, the decor, the diversions (gaming, etc.). Every bed in the house slept great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and needs nothing. Every spot where you'd stand to see something outside had a pair of binoculars in reach! We saw wild horses in the yard daily, deer in the street, and even got to see a sea turtle during our stay. We had one minor hiccup getting the hottub operating, but mgmt was super helpful and responsive and got us on track swiftly. I've stayed in a ton of oceanfront homes and this one was probably the best! We'll be back!!

Awesome house/vacation

This house was perfect for our group. They had everything to keep kids and adults entertained, no matter the weather. Plenty of indoor/outdoor games, as well as equipment for the beach and pool. So much to do, or space to just relax and do nothing. Kitchen was well stocked and worked out great for cooking daily. Great views and wild horses were nearby basically every day.

Great family vacation getaway!

This house and everything about it was amazing. We had 5 adults and 4 children on vacation together for the week and there was PLENTY of room. The house was amazingly appointed. We have a chef in the family and he was thrilled. While the location is remote and we all drove 4x4s to get to the home...we planned ahead and did not have to leave once while we were there. The beach in the morning, the pool in the afternoon and drinks on the deck in the evening...heaven.

From the exhilarating drive down the beach to get to the house to the wonderful walks up the beach spying dolphins and seeing wild horses at every turn, our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us to congregate - the spacious living room, the fun game rooms (inside and out), the bonus tiki bar, the front sunset-watching deck - yet space to hang by yourself in your spacious bedroom, your choice of outdoor decks, or other small nooks in the house. Well appointed, beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Any want or any need was fulfilled with how the home was fully stocked with ammenities. Throughout the kitchen you will find every cooking essential all the way to oyster shucking knives. The weather was not very kind so we found ourselves indoors more than we wanted but we were kept occupied with games, books and small secluded nooks to take an afternoon nap. We are absolutely returning for round two next year! It is a wonderful home!

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything you could possibly need from a perfectly supplied kitchen, board games, pools toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable as was the family room sectional! The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and the bonus of a "tiki bar" which allowed for lounging by the pool in the shade. Access to the beach was very easy and the owners were clever to place a hose right next to the entrance to the pool so that you could rinse off before returning home. My family and I would return here in a heartbeat! The management company was very helpful and responsive. We never had any issues with the house, appliances, 4x4 beach road, etc.

Outer Banks at Sands of Time

The property was just AMAZING! The amenities were fabulous; Workout room, complete indoor and outdoor game rooms with multiple things like ping pong and pool, Along with arcade games, electronic darts; board games, cards, etc. Everything you could need for the beach and the pool was there. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Beach towels were even provided, along with your Sheets and towels package!! Laura the property manager was amazing. Got back to us immediately on a few questions that we had. The decks on the house provide sun and shade options with plenty of places to sit, and relax, and enjoy. The views from the beach of the sunrise were spectacular. The pool area was perfect with the tiki bar and a place to store beverages in the refrigerator and mini kitchen. Some people may find the drive from the main road through the 4 x 4 area a challenge because of the distance. If you don’t hit the drive during low tide, You’re looking at a good 45 minutes from the road. And it’s on sand, so you’re slipping and sliding even with a 4x4 vehicle. But if you want privacy and you’re not one to like lots of crowds, this is definitely for you. If you plan to drive out during low tide, its about 20 minutes travel time and much easier. The wild horses were simply beautiful to watch and they were around the property quite frequently, including the beach. The pictures that we got were phenomenal. In addition the Naval base in Norfolk had helicopters and aircraft flying up and down the beach line for training. We loved it because we’re Naval veterans and got to really enjoy watching THAT!! One of the BEST properties we’ve stayed at EVER. Seriously felt like we walked into HOME!!!❤️ (Our only regret was that the swimming pool is not heated....and because the temperatures were in the high 60s and low 70s it was never warm enough to swim without heating. We would have paid extra for that!) Thank you Laura for making our stay so great!!! ❤️
