⛰️ DRIVING
▻ Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and/or narrow due to being in a secluded mountain setting. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are township roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
▻ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
▻ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

⚠️ RULES+REGS – PLEASE READ:

▻ No pets of any kind
▻ Minimum age requirement of 25 (except for children accompanied by parent/guardian)
▻ Must sign rental agreement prior to check-in
▻ Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cabin. Should you choose to smoke outdoors, ensure that all remnants are disposed of safely and without littering on our property or in the woods.
▻ We provide a complimentary start of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, etc. You may need to bring extra for your trip or stop by the local market (1.9 miles, ~5 mins) away
▻ Bring your own passwords to your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the Roku TVs just like at home
▻ Although you may not be able to see other properties, noise and voices carry easily in a secluded environment. Please respect our neighbors (next door and across the river) and adhere to the quiet hours.
▻ This cabin is in the mountains; you may see wildlife (including bears). There are also nearby game lands, you may hear the occasional gunshot in the far distance. Do not feed wildlife and do not leave food outside on the decks or anywhere else around the property. Though we keep routine pest control services, there may be bugs (dead or alive) outside. Please keep all doors and windows closed to ensure wildlife and pests do not get inside.
