The Space:
Welcome to The Maple!

Centrally located in the White Sands community in Bavaro, Punta Cana is this fabulous 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom end unit Townhouse. Enter to an open concept Living Room, Dining area and Kitchen with large windows. The patio doors leading to an outdoor oasis - dining area, BBQ, private pool and conversation patio furniture under a covered pergola.

Upstairs you will find a large Master Bedroom with a King Size bed, dedicated workspace, walk in closet with plenty of storage and a full en-suite bathroom. The second Bedroom is a Queen Bedroom with a large closet with storage and the third bedroom a double bed. The shared full bathroom for these two bedrooms also on the upper floor.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for your stay. The townhouse is also equipped with beach accessories for a day at the beach.

We have thought of everything to make your stay the most enjoyable while you vacation in the beautiful Dominican Republic.

Guests of The Maple are required to sign a rental agreement with Stays in the Sun and once this is completed Stays in the Sun will deliver a convenient Guest Guide that also allows you to book car rental, airport transfer, additional cleaning and day excursions to make the absolute most of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests of The Maple will have access to the entire townhouse, outdoor living space and the common facilities of the complex which also includes a shared social area, shared pool, kids play area in a gated community. This townhouse is located in White Sands and guests are given access to the private beach within White Sands.

The Neighborhood:
White Sands is an older area of Punta Cana. The area is under a revitalization with new investors and builders. The main attraction in this area is the private beach. Arena Gorda beach is located between two resorts and has no public access allowing for a quiet day at the beach for people living in White Sands. The area is also home to a couple mercados allowing for goods to be delivered to the units as required. It is highly recommended that guests rent a car to explore the area to fully appreciate the area.

Getting Around:
Guests Staying at The Maple will fly into Punta Cana International Airport, a transfer can be arranged by us at an additional cost to the guest. We can also arrange for a rental car for our guests ($). The use of UBER is also available in this area to get around if the guest wishes not to rent a car.
