When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate up to 2 guests. This is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.

- All Check-In instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your Check-In form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

- Smoking: NO SMOKING cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE inside the home. The use of any and all illegal drugs on the property or inside the property will result in being removed from the property immediately by law enforcement.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!**
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Per HOA Regulations: Golf Cart(s) are NOT ALLOWED on the complex grounds.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
