The casita features a fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances! Cook comfortably during your vacation. You'll find everything you need within the confines of the well-appointed kitchen.

The highlight of your stay awaits just beyond the casita's doors—a backyard oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment. Take a refreshing dip in the 12-foot deep mineral water pool, unwind in the soothing hot tub, or lounge in the hammock under the shade of swaying palms. For those who enjoy a bit of outdoor cooking, a propane BBQ is at your disposal, perfect for creating delicious meals al fresco. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to share stories and enjoy the tranquil ambiance.

It's important to note that these fantastic outdoor amenities are shared with our long-term tenants in the main property. They have two medium-sized dogs who are incredibly friendly, adding an extra touch of warmth to the atmosphere. This property is pet-friendly (one dog allowed), so feel free to bring your furry companion along—just be sure they share the same friendly disposition!

We suggest using your vehicle to get around.  You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood!

About your Hosts

We are available from 8 am-10 pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. House Rules

1. Communication is key!  Check-in after 4 pm.  Check out by 11 am.

2.  Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 4. Please keep your pet off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time $100 pet fee. 1 dogs max.

3. No parties! We request that you respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000+ party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

4. When using outdoor areas (yard, BBQ, spa, etc.), and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know!

5. Be a good neighbor! If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways. Make sure to follow quiet hours.
