Spring Break 2025

Enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been open a bit later. Apartment is in need of new flooring, lots of jagged edges. Couch not comfortable. TV remote missing in 2nd bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Great place and even better location!

This place is so close to the ocean. The hosts communicate really well. The instructions are a bit overwhelming and the parking is valet only which is a bit complicated. But the facilities are great and it is within walking distance to the grocery store and Walmart. I would stay here again for sure!

Apartment on the beach

Our apartment had a beautiful view and location. Parking was a dream after we paid our 10 per day valet fee. The apartment was basic, however in every other way. We had no sponges or paper towels or dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. There were beach chairs and beach towels, which was good because the lounge chairs on the beach were 55 per lounge per day. The pool area was very nice. Our host was very accommodating to my difficulty filling out the online lease, etc..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples who stayed two nights in this apartment. The check-in process was very easy. Accomodated for a late check-in as we arrived after 9pm was arranged ahead of time and was not a problem. The main lobby is beautiful, but the hallways to the apartment are definitely showing their age. Nevertheless, the apartment suited our needs with separate bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment suite was nice for privacy reasons. The apartment could have been cleaner, attention to detail seemed a bit lacking (eg: long hair seen on the mirror, baseboards appeared to have not been wiped in a while, cleaning behind and around the toilet left some to be desired, touch points on some of the kitchen cabinet handles felt sticky, sand on floors felt when walking barefoot upon first entering the apartment), some cabinets in disrepair not opening and closing properly. Beds were soft and comfortable, living room furniture needs replacing as they are also showing their wear. We did not access any of the building amenities, so can't comment on that. The area around the apartment felt safe even at night. Not much in the way of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has a shuttle service, but we didn't use it. Location to beach access very good. Nice view of the ocean Pool was nice to relax around. It's about 20-25 mins drive from cruise port.

Nice Area to Stay

This was our second time at this property. We really like the location and enjoy the beach views and access. Both Mario and Ben are excellent communicators, and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return for a third trip.

Great Stay in Hallandale

For context, we stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area usually once or twice a year for a week or so. We usually stay in higher end homes/hotels, so my perspective is biased. The property has many desirable qualities: - It is close to the ocean and the view from the balcony is great.- The unit is spacious.- Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good- Check in/out was a breeze.- Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok.- There is a decent gym.- WIFI was strong. Why I don't think it is 5 stars, are for the following reasons:- the unit is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some TLC- there are some small things that the unit could use (oven mitts and decent wine glasses) - there is no laundry in the unit. - the pool area is largely in the shade, the pool is quite small and there is no hot tub.While I don't think it is a 5 star unit in a traditional sense, it also does not come with 5 star pricing. In terms of value for cost, I would highly recommend it.

Great place!!

Went up for a mother daughter (long) weekend. My 12 year old and very much enjoyed this apartment. It was a two minute walk to the beach from the unit, which we loved. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, ect in the apartment for guests to use. The pool was nice. We didn’t explore the area too much, so I can’t speak for what’s around. The unit has everything you need to cook, as we did most cooking in. Overall we loved the place and would be come back!

In our Vrbo era!

My sisters and I rented this to attend the eras tour and it did not disappoint! The overall location is fabulous with the beach access and local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and inviting and the valet service was fabulous! Can’t wait to visit again!

The apartment had a lot of useful items: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, hats, kitchen well stocked but we didn't cook. Comfortable beds, soft sheets. It's an older building 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work. The apartment also had visible wear and tear. The bathrooms /showers can also use more cleaning There was noise early in the morning from above like 6 am like someone in high heels walking (maybe neighbors getting ready for work)

Great place in a great location

The condo exceeded our expectations. The main bedroom was huge with a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and the living room all had nice TVs. Nice furnished kitchen with small table and large table in dining area. There was a large air mattress/pump that one of the teens used to sleep. The view of the pool area and the beach was great. The host provided several beach chairs and towels. Check in process was very easy and they worked with us on our late check-in due to late flight. The hosts were super responsive, answered all questions and we could actually speak with them on the phone! Parking was valet by the HOA management people. It was $10/day and we never had to wait over 2 minutes. The valet people also had luggage carts to help get the luggage to/from the room. The HOA/Management handled the check-in and access to the pool, game room, private beach access, etc. There was a fee of $30 for every 3 people to use their key FOB to access all of the amenities. It's similar to a "resort fee" but it's a one-time fee, not per day. There were 6 of us, so we paid the $30x2 for our entire stay, which was reasonable for the amenities. The people working the desk were very nice and helpful. The game room had pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The grandkids and I enjoyed them. Good location, Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie were a mile away. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the street. Hollywood Boardwalk area was a mile away.

The host was very responsive and worked with us to change our reservation around when flights were cancelled due to the hurricane on the other side of the state. Valet parking $20 for the stay and valet gave us a great tip for a fishing spot near the Oceanic restaurant at the pier. I would recommend this condo and host and would stay here again. Thanks!

11th floor awesomeness

You cannot beat the view or location. We lucked out, I did not know this area really before booking. You are literally an elevator ride and about 100 steps to an amazing beach. The location near shopping and great restaurants, such a plus. We will be re booking. The patio is amazing! The only thing I would ask next time is that guests have the ability to request a different temperature in the place rather than having it be just 72 degrees constantly . That’s a small thing I am sure that could be corrected. Otherwise, this place is the absolute hidden gem of a place you have been looking for.

A short walk to the beach and pool was nice too. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Valet parking was convenient for $10 a day. The only negative would be, is that we like to sleep in and we like a dark room, the windows can be updated with black out drapes or window covering, it was very bright early in the morning. Only enough seating in living room for 4 people, so if you are more than that, some would need to sit on the dining chairs. Overall we had a very nice stay.
