• Lobby: Starting March 13th, 2025, a temporary lobby will be set up in the Foyer/Vestibule area until May 14th, 2025
• Restaurants: Tropics Restaurant will be closed from March 13th to July 7th. Don't worry, though! Dempsey 2 and our Poolside Café will be open to satisfy your culinary cravings.
• Pool: Super Pool will be undergoing a tropical renovation and will be closed from April 21 until October 2025. Our second guest pool, the Serenity Pool will be opened with pool sidebar, entertainment and Food and Beverages.
• Golf: While courses are under renovation until Fall of 2025, a nine-hole course will remain open.
• Guest Rooms: Due to the unique layout of the resort, guests experience in their accommodation will not be affected, since the renovation will be isolated to non-occupied areas only. Room renovation is schedule to be completed November 2025.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Resort fee $28/night
• Includes access to the many amenities such as our pools, fitness center, basketball court, Wi-Fi, two bottles of water, coffee

• A hold of $100 per night of stay up to 5 nights + any remaining balance will be placed on the guest's card. This can be used towards damage to the room, if applicable.
• Parking: $30/night valet charge. Shuttle golf carts upon request.

• 500,000-gallon Superpool, 270-foot-long, free-form pool with lap lanes, water basketball, volleyball nets and nearby hot tubs(On-site)
• Wi-Fi availability: Superpool lounging areas and guest rooms
• Cabana rentals: available year-round and subject to availability
• Kids Club: Space is limited. Registration is required at least 72 hours prior to your desired dates. Half-day: $50/child ($40/$30). Full-day: $100/child ($80/$60). Multi-day packages offered. Early drop-off: $10. Lunch available (extra charge). Cancellation fees may apply.
