You'll be within walking distance of hip eateries, shops, and boutiques around the artsy Rosemary District, along with downtown attractions, and bars and restaurants along Main Street. The Van Wezel, Selby Gardens, and Bayfront Park are all within a mile of the home. St. Armands Circle and Lido Key beaches are just over three miles away.

Set in a circa-1930s cottage the apartment comes fully renovated and refurbished for complete modern comfort and convenience. You'll find the full kitchen well-appointed with everything you need to handle home cooking, and everyday essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
