Community Pool: The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally heated community pools! The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet east from the front door (less than a one minute-walk)! The second pool is about a tenth of a mile (roughly a 2-minute walk) from the unit.
Electronic wristbands must be used to access the pool, courts, bathrooms, beach trolley. At least one person needs to wear a wristband if they are going to use a golf cart. If these wristbands are lost or stolen, the guest will be charged a $10 replacement fee per wristband. The electronic wristbands should be hanging from the hooks on the shelf on the black wall, just past the painting on the right, when you walk in the door. Please leave them there prior to departure.
Beach Access: There are several convenient beach accesses nearby! All you must do is choose how you want to get there!
Sugar Dunes: The Sugar Dunes Beach Access is on the east side of Eastern Lake, and is simply a brief, 2-minute, walk from the home. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles.
Port Property: The Port Property Beach Access is located about 0.2 miles (about a 4-minute walk) West of the home. This beach access is completely undeveloped.
Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12-minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access.
Eastern Lake: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the other side of Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes in South Walton, about 1.3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the home. This access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive.
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to Beachside on 30A include Kahve & Cream, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Old Florida Fish House, The Steamboat Grill, Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, The Donut Hut, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta and Cafe Thirty-A. Don't forget The Hub, which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, The Hub Taco Truck, and so much more!

Bikes can be rented through the office, but guests are not allowed to bring their own bikes.
