With 3 bedrooms (each offering a king-sized bed) and 2.5 bathrooms, the space is stocked to prepare meals and decorated for comfort. Plan a fun movie night at home with the indoor projector!

The first-floor closet and master bedroom walk-in closet are locked for Host storage.

GENERAL: Self check-in with keypad, free Wi-Fi, central air/heating, towels, linens, and washer/dryer access

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen; some spices, Instant Pot, Keurig (with options), cookware, dishware, cookware, and flatware.

INDOOR LIVING: Roku TV, Projector, Reclining Sofas, and Dining Table

BEDROOM 1: King-sized bed, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower).

BEDROOM 2: King-sized bed and closet. Shares the hallway bathroom (shower/tub combination) with bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 3: King-sized bed and closet. Shares the hallway bathroom with bedroom 2.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced in patio.

NO PETS ALLOWED. $150.00 fee incurred if home shows signs of a pet.

PARKING: Street parking - first come, first serve.

CARPET: Please no shoes on carpet (stairway and second floor).
