Central, well connected and easy to reach

Nice appartment in the first floor with view to the gardens. I have no comparisons with other NYC appartments, but a third of the price would be overprized in Europe ;-)The description fits, but all is a bit run down, windows, arent closed, kitchen not new equipped

Great Location and Great Host!

Stayed here for 4 nights with a few friends and it was just what we were looking for! This location managed to somehow be quiet while still being only a 10-15 minute walk to Central Park and the subway. There's lots of food and shops nearby and a Walgreens right around the corner too, which is super handy if you're just stopping by NYC. The space itself is cozy! Perfect for 3-4 people and works for 5 if you really like each other. The shower gets as hot as you could possibly want it to be and pressure is good. It comes equipped with a TV w a Roku, 2 beds and a nice couch. There's towels, plates, and cups and plenty of blankets!The host was fantastic! Very communicative and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good stay. The verification seemed a little intense but it was just to make sure everything went smoothly. Once we got to the location we were very happy and checkout was super easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I need a quick 2-bedroom base again. Great value for the area!

Not a good experience

It looks to me that the attention to details is not present for the Team taking care of this apartment, temperature too hot, toilet splash when flushing it, shower head does not work, one of the mattress was not firm because someone had moved the wood supports in a way that made the mattress extremely unusable, fortunately I figured it out to alleviate the issue, bathroom sink clogs, bed sheets, comforter, extra comforter do not look clean one can see the dirt stains. They tried to fox the temperature by the last day the room was too cold, in the middle of my trip I have a plumber calling me to authorize entrance so they can check the shower head

Amazing Location and Space!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (ages 10, 8, 6) and had an amazing time. The location is close to a subway stop and walk to midtown and Central Park. There is a traders joes about 2 blocks away. The communication with the host was wonderful and very timely. We had plenty of space in a 2 bedroom NY apartment for all 5 of us. We will definitely come back and stay here! Highly recommend!
