Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.

BOOKING DETAILS
All guests must be 25 years or older with the exception of children with their parents. ID verification is required and guests are must sign a rental agreement directly with us. Any booking that has not signed an agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be cancelled.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $1500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure.
OCCUPANCY
15 Person Maximum. Fees will apply for any guests not listed on the rental agreement.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
We use approved noise monitor devices on the property. They monitor decibel levels, but do not record any sound. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM.
SMOKING
This is a NON-SMOKING (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc) property. A $1000 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments. We have smoke monitors on the property that can detect any type of recreational smoke. Any tampering with these devices will result in immediate cancellation of the remaining stay without refund and a $500 fine.
PETS
No animals of any kind are allowed on the property. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. If you arrive with a pet, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. If there is any evidence of animals in the cabin, a $1000 fine may be assessed to cover additional cleaning fees.
SECURITY CAMERA
There are security cameras on the front porch. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund for remaining reservation.
CRITTERS
We subscribe to monthly pest control; however, this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears, coyotes and snakes. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car.
FIRES
Please note that at times burn bans may be instituted by local authorities if the forest fire risk is high. If a burn ban is in effect, you will not be able to use the wood-burning fire pit. You can continue to use the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, propane fire pit and gas grill during those times. No unauthorized fires (including candles) on the property.
WEATHER
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide sheets and blankets for beds, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner and body soap per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we provide paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker.
4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a baby gate, high chair, Pack-N-Play, baby monitor and kids place settings. We also have a variety of kids books, toys and games in the bunk room. Please bring your own linens for the pack-n-play.
5. Do you provide fire wood? – No. You will need to bring/buy fire wood for the outdoor fire pit.
6. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
7. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. The drive up to the cabin is not nearly as intimidating or scary as some cabins in the area, but the roads are somewhat narrow and curvy.
