Enjoy your time in Calgary by staying in downtown Calgary where all the action is. This 7th floor suite has fantastic downtown views, hardwood flooring, carpeted bedroom, granite countertops, and in suite laundry. This unit is completely equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. heated underground parking included.

Located in the heart of downtown! attached to Sunterra market, Starbucks, 5 Vines Wines/Spirits & the Plus 15 network so you can walk to work inside! Quick access to Stampede Park, Saddledome, LRT & more.
Please note this unit is located in a residential condo building. Although this will rarely happen, the condo building may experience periods of repair or maintenance in which there is a potential for water disruption, fire alarm inspection or furnace filter change. In the event this will happen, we will give as much notice as possible and will also provide water needed for your stay. Thank you for your understanding
1. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4pm - 9pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. If you require different timing, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-in especially for midnight, we will ask for a $50 charge.
4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property
6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.
8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
10. Intercom Rule: Please let us know ahead if you have deliveries and visitors that we need to buzz in. For security purposes, will NOT allow unauthorized buzzing. We can buzz in from 9am-9pm. After that, you will need to go down and open deliveries and visitors using your fob.
11. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
12. Parking will be underground. The height of the parking is 6'11''. If you wish to book and your vehicle doesn't fit or is larger than the size of the parking, we suggest parking outside or using paid street parking.
13. A parking rule will be sent upon check-in. This rule specifically mention that when ENTERING the parkade, the guests must wait for the door to close before proceeding the ramp ,regardless whether or not there is a vehicle following. More information will be shared upon check-in. Violators will be charged with no less than $180 starting fee.
14. A $180 fee deposit for the parking will be collected prior to checking in. This fee will automatically be used as charge if the parking rule is violated. This fee will be returned back to the guests if no parking violation is committed.
15. Guests are required to sign a tenant undertaking form to be sent to their email. Guests are required to complete this form before they check-in.
16. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
17. The unit is advertised for a long term rental. We will be requesting a quick access to allow us to enter the apartment and do a quick showing.
