• 1st Floor: Tucked away behind the kitchen, with a door to the hall entry to ensure privacy, is a Queen Bedroom and Full Bath on the main level.
• 2nd Floor: There are TWO King Bedrooms plus a Bunk Room that sleeps 4 on the 2nd level. Each Bedroom and Bunk has it's own wall-mounted TV. The Master Bedroom Suite has a beautiful tile and glass shower, a double vanity, a walk-in closet and its own private balcony.
• 3rd Floor: The 3rd Level has a Bonus Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and a full bath. There is also a 65” TV and kitchenette/bar with mini-fridge.
• 3rd Floor: Step outside and catch the gulf breeze on the enormous, 672 sq. ft. 3rd level deck while relaxing or watching the game on the wall-mounted 55” TV.
* Carriage House: offers 16 ft. ceilings and another King Bedroom suite with a matching Pecky Cypress Headboard and Barn Door. The Carriage House living area is spacious and has a
sleeper sofa, with a wall mounted TV, a FULL open kitchen with island for a private getaway.
• The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after the beach, and a gas grill is also available.
• Plenty of storage for beach toys in the parking for a total of 4 vehicles.
